We are Eleganza Sposa the bridal company from Glasgow this company is a fraud company using our branding Email and telephone number. Please do not use or buy from this company at all!! We have reported them!!!

Ordered shoes on 13/05/2024 it is now 25/05/2024 still not received. What a shocking company, I sent messages and they sent me tracking info which just says they are in transit. All they are purporting is a lie all the advertised stats are a lie. Avoid them I am going to get my money back. What a con.

Terrible company, not serious and also steeling your money.
I can’t warn you enough to buy from this company as there quality is poor and cheap Chinese made.

Avoid at all cost.
I purchased a pair of as described English leather boots. I confirmed with them that these were made in the UK. On arrival the boots were cheap Chinese rubbish and not even leather
I complained and was informed to return to China for refund at my great expense.
I referred the matter to PayPal and lodged a complaint. I won my grievance and was refunded in full by PayPal.
These people are lowlife scammers.
Do not give up and pursue through PayPal if applicable

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! It is a SCAM and a CON!!
I ordered a brown jacket in Large size. When the jacket arrived it was 2 size too small. Furthermore, unlike as advertised, it was NOT genuine leather or leather at all. It was PVC! When I tried to return the jacket, I was advised to return it to an address in China, at a cost of £26 postal charge!

Don’t buy from this rubbish company. I ordered a large size (42” chest) leather jacket but received a small size, unable to fasten the buttons at the front. They are a Chines company not UK and their returns policy requires you to return items to China at your expense. They have an office in Leamington Spa from which I think the items are dispatched to UK addresses and should be the return address, not to China. Facebook should ban this firm from using their website.
Does anyone want a small size leather jacket at half price (£20).
I repeat, DO NOT EVEN THINK OF BUYING FROM THIS RUBBISH COMPANY.

Buyer beware, All items come from China, around 5 week delivery, more importantly, all returns have to go back to China, at BUYERS EXSPENSE, WHICH IS VERY PROHIBITED , IT IS NOT WORTH SENDING IT BACK DUE TO THE COST.
Sizes are really bad, always on the small size, by alot.
So be awareabout buying anything from the company, there not great in giving tha whole truth. On the plus side, there communication is pretty good, especially about telling you, it's at you cost to return the item, you have been warned, look somewhere else, and anyway the quality is poor, flea market stuff.

My experience with this dreadful company mirrors all the other comments.

Has anybody persuaded NatWest to do a chargeback??

I have not received the shoes yet but by reading the other reviews they should be awful. My single star is for the scam about the delivery. Three working days! Haha! The boots are still in China after one week. Stay away from them. Fool me once shame on me today as it is quite simple to check on the Web...

Husband ordered size 6 leather boots.
They are definitely not leather and a size 7. Not boxed and took about 3 weeks to arrive. The same one's are also on Amazon described as faux leather. Trading standards need to be involved as customers are being conned.

Boots are not as they advertised, made of rubber and plastic DO NOT BUY - they are a scam! Feel such a fool falling for such a lie only I had to put a star to write the review- it would have been a minus 🤬

Total scam- ordered jun Jan 24 - not arrived . Unable to make contact.

I was taken in by ads on Facebook.
Website says it's a British company, but it's not - they are Chinese.
Deliveries take week rather than days.
I ordered size 6 and received size 7 /12. Company said the labels were wrong!
Boots were advertised as leather. They're not.

Here we go again!! Utter garbage product not fro uk but China. Wrong size and not leather.
No possibility of refund. Either send back to China at own expense or discount on more utter garbage product.
Also trade under Glowix name.
Please, please avoid.

-Je vous réitère pour la dernière fois ma réclamation.

-La taille des chaussures reçues ne correspond pas à la taille des chaussures commandées ;

-La taille indiquée sur le site ELEGANZA indique clairement, taille 42,5 qui correspond à mon choix ;

-Ce n’est pas à la raison sociale ELEGANZA de déterminer que la taille 44 qui est une référence EUR est égale à celle de 42,5, sauf si une mention était spécifiée sur la présentation du produit avec les précisions nécessaires pour qu’aucune équivoque ne subsiste ;

-Je n’apprécie pas une réduction de 60 % étant donné que ma commande initiale a été correctement passée et a été correctement libellée ;

-Il est de votre entière responsabilité de résoudre ce problème en ma faveur ;

-Le coût du retour en CHINE est plus élevé que le coût des chaussures elles-mêmes ;

-J’accepte un remboursement en dédommagement des tracasseries imposées par le manque de fondement réaliste d’ELEGANZA devant une situation négative avérée qu’elle soutient sans justification ;

-Je vous réclame pour ce faire un remboursement immédiat de 40 Euros, sans condition, sur ma CC débitée pour cet achat ;

-ELEGANZA doit supporter les conséquences de l’erreur de sa livraison, voire celle de son fournisseur d’origine ;

-En cas de refus ou d’absence d’une réponse adéquate, je déposerai plainte auprès d’une organisation de protection des consommateurs et auprès d’autres recours légaux.

Bought 2 pairs of boots, not UK based but China. Boots are plastic not leather and both pairs were 10 1/2 not the size 13 I ordered. Total scam.

Still waiting for my shoes 4 weeks same excuse delays in transport etc all lies do not get fooled stay clear of this fraudulent company

Company based in the UK is a lie, try China. The 3 day delivery time is a lie, Try 6 weeks. The "real leather" statement is a lie, Try "Plastic" Avoid like the plague.
