I ordered my dress in July 2024 and have not received the goods. I emailed several times and each time received an auto generated response. Shame on them for taking people's money then not supply the goods. Do not under any circumstances deal with this company they are fraudulent and should be dealt with as scammers.

Ordered a dress in July & like everyone else here have only received emails saying "order is ready to be shipped", it's now November. Scam, scam, scam

Do not buy from this company. I wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered. Dress ordered 6/8/24 and to date there is still no sign of it. I keep being robbed off with what appear to be standard reply emails. I have repeatedly asked for a refund since 4/10/24 and still no response.

Ordered in July, have repeatedly tried to cancel my order, finally a response that says my order is back on track 8 weeks later, what a joke!!!!

Don’t use this company they are the worst , once they have your money which is long before you have items , which are of the poorest of quality, they have no intention of giving you it back , don’t be fooled because London is in the title of there company, they are Chinese and they do not have the rules for returns as the UK

They are con artists and chancers.

Sizing is completely off, badly made and all returns need to go back to Asia at your cost! They then fob you off with a 10% refund if you keep it. The goods aren't fit for purpose or as advertised.
Then if you don't take the 10% they ignore you.
There website states 100% refund guaranteed but you won't get it.
Save your money and don't touch this company with a barge poll.

DO NOT deal with this company. The clothing is poorly made and fitting, no tags on clothes and fabric terrible. Could not trust a refund if I returned as knitwear was piled and appeared to be worn.

Tilasin normaalit L-koon shortsit, jotka saapuivat yllättäin Kiinasta noin kahdessa viikossa. Shortsien kooksi oli merkattu L mutta käytännössä ne olivat kokoa S.

Koska en halua laihduttaa 30 kiloa mahtuakseni shortseihin, niin aloitin palautusprosessin ottamalla ohjeiden mukaisesti yhteyttä asiakaspalveluun.

Palautusohjeiden sijasta minulle tarjottiin 15 prosentin alennusta, että pitäisin pienet shortsit palautuksen sijaan.

Pyysin uudestaan lähettämään palautusohjeet, jonka jälkeen sain tarjouksen, että pitäisin pienet shortsit ja saisin 50 prosenttia alennusta, että tilaisin uudet ja isommat.

Pyysin kolmannen kerran palautusohjeita, jonka jälkeen ne sainkin.

Tuotteet pitää palauttaa Kiinaan, joka olisi Postissa maksanut 59 euroa. Ottaen huomioon, että itse tuote maksoi alle 50 euroa, niin jätin palauttamatta.

Oma moka oli, kun en huomannut, että yrityksen sivulla lukee, että asiakas maksaa palautuskulut Kiinaan.

En enää ikinä tilaa tästä firmasta mitään, enkä suosittele sitä muillekaan. Firma lähettää ihan random kokoisia vaatteita, jotka joudut lopulta itse pitämään korkeiden palautuskustannuksien vuoksi.

Asiakaspalvelu tosin vastasi nopeasti, jopa viikonloppuna. Kiitokset siitä.

I bought a pair of clogs from them - they arrived shoved in a bag, no packaging and looking nothing like the picture; clearly made in a factory in China. The quality is so bad I can't even begin to explain, they are not leather and they are not orthopaedic which they were sold as. I complained and was told I had to pay full postage back to Asia (or I could receive 10% back and keep them - wth would I want to keep something I can't and won't wear). Total total scam.

The worst experience ever! The item I purchased could not have been further from the pictures - which was a knit. It was a completely different material, and soooo cheaply made. The Company were a nightmare to deal with! The 100% money back guarantee was a lie. They offer you continual reasons not to give the return address and then when you get it, of course its from in China and it costs more to send back the item than what its worth. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. They call themselves "Eleganza Melbourne" and advertise as if they are an Australian Company which could not be further that the truth. There is nothing elegant about their clothing and and they have zero integrity as a Company. 100% SCAM.

I went into this store and brought a leather bag and a pair of readers. Did not try them on long enough to see if they fit right. They were too big and kept falling off my face. I went back to see if I can either return them or get a credit for them. The owner refuse to give me a refund or a store credit. She would not work with me. So I am out the money. Not good customer service. Will never buy in her store again. Do not buy here, do not recommend the store. You cannot return anything or get store credit.

I ordered a cardigan and a jumper from them May 31 after their shipping policy said 10 -15 business days.It arrived today June 26 after I lodged a Pay Pal dispute. Their advertising claimed the jumper was wool. It clearly is not wool, is synthetic and it is not the jumper advertised which had a knit in the sleeves very different from what is advertised and has gaps in the knit of the sleeves which I would never have bought for winter had I seen this jumper in their add.There is absolutely no labelling in both items stating the materials and washing in instructions. Even the threads on the buttons of the cardigan have not been cut off properly. A very inferior product for the price. Am going to lodge another dispute over the jumper. I would not buy from them again.

If I could give zero I would. Total sham company. I wish wish I had checked them out first here!!! Item took 5 weeks to arrive. Claim to be UK based and then tracking shows item in flight from China. I don’t even need the item anymore. They claimed ‘unexpected busy period’ and have literally no shame regarding their lies and joke of a company.

Surpris par le mépris de cette enseigne, mes commandes passées depuis le 7 mars 2024 n'ont toujours pas été livrées malgré différentes relances.

Les mails de réponse se limitent à des promesses d'une livraison imminente sans jamais donner de suite.

Aucune proposition de remboursement, étonnamment le site ELEGANZA est inaccessible.

Disponible pour mener une démarche commune pour dénoncer cette situation.

Varen vi bestilte, bestod af en overdel med korte ærmer og tilhørende benklæder i en klar blå farve. Det vi modtog efter flere ugers ventetid, var en overdel med lange ærmer og at den blå farve angivet på deres hjemmeside ikke stemt overens med det vi modtog.
På den baggrund bad vi om at returnere eller få pengene retur, helt i overensstemmelse med de konditioner de angiver på deres hjemmeside. Efter flere mails endte det op med at vi kunne returnere til et eller andet sted i østen og for egen regning, hvilket strider med deres betingelser, (GRATIS RETURNERING) eller (PENGENE RETUR) vi accepterede det sidste, men så skulle vi acceptere en reduktion på 10%, hvilke vi nu har godkendt og venter på om det rent faktisk sker...
