Scam scam scam the charged me 20€ for super Mario wonder and the pass key was already been used.
They never gave me the refund back
They gave me excuses for days that were paying me the money back , trying to get me confuse with long signing up processes

Scammers they are impersonating electronicfirst.com which is the original site! I never got my game, support replied to my first message and then blocked me. No reply to emails. Do NOT buy from electronic-first.com as they are scammers/impersonators and will not deliver your product.

Never got my game. Asked for support,they told me to wait three to four hours and come back then; when I did, they never answered back. I next asked for a refund, which kept getting ignored. DON'T USE THIS WEBSITE!

If I could score lower than one star i would! Calling this support is laughable. What looked like a bot responding has not been followed by complete silence for the last 55 minutes. Do you not use this company. They also kept ignoring my demand for a refund.

READ CAREFULLY:
1ST problem : I followed all the instructions after buying super Mario wonder, but i got stuck at the step where I had to go on the "Nintendo" tab on their website. This tab was nowhere to be seen. I contacted the support via live chat and he resolved the problem for me. (Plz fix website)
2ND Problem: After Paying super Mario wonder for 3 h I got deconected from the game and a pop up saying "a user is already using this account" appeared on my screen. And yhe next day the account that I bought got banned so I thought I just lost 20€ but THEY REFUNDED ME 1 WEEK LATER.

They refunded me even though I didn't contacted them. I really appreciate the effort 👍👍👍

Questo sito è una truffa, ho comprato il codice prodotto di it takes two per steam ma non è arrivato nulla. dopo 2 giorni ho iniziato a contattare il supporto che mi rispondevano tutti allo stesso modo (sono dei bot) , dicendomi che c'era un sovraccarico del servizio e stavano avendo ritardi ma mi assicuravano che entro 24 ore sarebbe arrivato il mio prodotto. la situazione si è protratta per qualche giorno finche ormai capita la situazione ho chiesto il refund. Ovviamente sono stato messo in contatto con un bot anche per questo che non ha fatto altro che ripetere più o meno le stesse procedure e parole usate in precedenza, il tutto garantendomi che il refund sarebbe arrivato in pochi giorni. Ora è un mese che aspetto e non è arrivato niente sto ancora contattando il supporto che a volte mi risponde che l'id dell'ordine non esiste e quando come prova mando lo screen dell'ordine con l'id in vista e lo stato di refund request smettono di rispondere e la chat si chiude per inattività oppure mi rimbalzano da una chat all'altra.Piattaforma di truffa in piena regola che utilizza il nome eltectronicFirst cambiandolo con un trattino in mezzo e spacciandosi per loro truffando le persone. Mi raccomando non utilizzate questa piattaforma , recatevi sull'originale ElectrnociFirst NON electronic-First

Es una tremenda estafa, te venden cuentas que al poco tiempo no estarán disponibles, no te venden keys. Se hacen pasar por otra cuenta que sí es legal, reportenlo y denuncien. Yo compré el año pasado 3 juegos y me dicen que no pueden darme acceso ahora, es una basura de página

I had an issue with my order and needed to use their customer service. The team was online and available at the weekend and the incorrectly sent game was quickly replaced.

Purchased a game and was taken to a external website that advised me to log into another account on my switch to be able to get the game !!!
Had to report to my bank to dispute the payment !

I purchased a nintendo game from them thinking I would be getting a code. They have you put another account on your system and “redownload” the game using that account. The account stopped working after around 20 days locking me out of the game. I contacted support and was told they’d send me another when they have one available. Do not fall for their scam. This site should be reported. I’m surprised Nintendo hasn’t taken them to court as this goes against their policy

Truffatori, ho acquistato un gioco per pc quindi una versione digitale del gioco cosa che richiede pochi minuti per riceverlo, ormai sono 2 giorni che aspetto l'assistenza ripete sempre le stesse cose ma ne un email di conferma acquisto né i codici di attivazione del gioco
