I made the mistake of ordering from here a second time and not surprisingly, two weeks later and no sign of my delivery. This is exactly what happened the first time I ordered from here. It is never the 2/3 days they promise! It's blantant misleading advertising in my opinion

My electric fence unit no longer works. The light is flashing but no current coming out. Bought new batteries and still nothing. All this after a rather long wait for arrival. Not happy.

The kit may or may not be good, I cannot comment because one struggles to get it. An order on the 30th. September was dribbled in, after much complaining, on the 8th., 9th., and 11th. October. The excuse, when you get through on the phone (the people are always very polite and pleasant, but powerless,) was delays at the Channel Tunnel. We have not left Europe yet, so they are getting in early.

I thought I was dealing with a German company warehousing in and supplying from England. That is the impression given by the web site: an impression that is not exactly honest. There is a Gloucester telephone number but, if it gets answered, one is obviously speaking over a relay to Germany. The Gloucester postcode given on this site appears to be the local Post Office depot! The web site does not mention anywhere that is obvious and easily seen that orders come from Germany (and that their carriers don't seem to be able to ship efficiently.)

Regardless of the people in their customer centre who would obviously like to help, it seems rigid company procedures make that impossible. Company paperwork first - customer last.

I have more equipment to buy (the expensive bits,) but the orders will be placed elsewhere.

Rubbish experiance with these people - they don't make it clear that they are dispatching from Germany, all items say Delivery 2-3 working days so you order expecting to receive in that timescale but they mean they will dispatch in 2/3 working days and then it goes to DPD who have to ship it from Germany to the UK and then to you...

If you call the UK number it doesnt get answered just music on hold and eventually cut off...No onie answered on facebook eventually managed to get hold of someone on webchat who let me know my waht was going on but as yet I'm 4 working days and my gear hasnt even left Germany...

Avoid and use someone based in the UK.

you order something which they say will arrive in 2 days, which doesn't arrive. When you chase it up, you get told it's now out of stock and several others have phoned with the same problem. They were fast to take your money, but never bothered to update the customer as to stock levels, or delays nor do they issue a refund unless you demand it.
I'm surprised there are no other reviews on this company. Had there been, I might have been saved a lot of hassle.
As it was, the ponies kept breaking out of the paddock. While I waited in vain for the new energiser to arrive.
Shame really as the solar energiser looked great and I'm trying to be environmentally friendly.
