I’ve just received some clippers from them. An email enquiry was answered next day and goods received in 3 days. Previous purchases have also been within the week. No hassles at all.

I am appalled by the customer service of this team. I ordered a battery and energiser set from this company over a week and a half before I needed it and with their 2-3 day delivery policy I thought this was more than enough time. The following day I had an email from them to say that it had been dispatched from their warehouse. Great. Apart from the 2-3 days went by and I hadn't heard any more from anyone about where my parcel was. This is where the forever chasing comes in. I phoned this company over 20 times per day at various times throughout the day only to be cut off and never get through to anyone once, the emails take ages to get back to you too. Finally got a response from someone to say my item was out of stock and will be for a further month?! When was I going to get told this and why did I have a dispatch email? I ask for my refund as by this point I have already had to buy another battery and energiser from a local store as I am now in desperate need for I and I get denied as apparently they got it wrong and it now is out for delivery. I still haven't received this parcel, have been refused delivery and still haven't managed to get through to anyone on the phone.

Bought a bird table designed for small birds what arrived not fit for purpose sham company please do not use save your money

I bought a Voss Mesh Fence and read all these reviews then contacted the company. As I wanted this fence there isnt much out there like this. They promised they would get it delived and the fence would work fine. I decided to take leap of faith 3 working days later it came. It is fantastic I really dont get what all the issues are. I have had great customer service and now have a great fence for my shared garden to stop my Toy Poodle going oto other peoples part of garden.

Purchased a voss energiser, battery box, extra earth stakes, lead out cable and switches. Couldnt be more pleased. I knew the company was in Germany as I ordered via the website (co.uk address I assume is so they have an english speaking person to reply?) Delivered a lot quicker than I expected and the energiser is far superior to any units I've had before.
Have just ordered some extra insulators and twine which are taking longer than last time but the products have been worth the wait so far.

Really happy with my ‘Aures 3’ purchase. Was a bit concerned after reading bad reviews but I can say my item is working fine so far. The solar panel seems really good quality. The wires are a little cheap but they are easy enough to replace and for the price I am happy. Delivery took about a week. I Will shop again.

I bought a voss horse fly trap that was very expensive and absolutely useless despite doing everything the company told me to do with it.
I tried to leave a review of the product on the website and surprise surprise it said I’d left a review but you couldn’t see it or read it. I had given the product 1 star out of 5.
The other 11 reviews give it 5 out of 5 and that’s why I ordered the product, but it makes sense now as they don’t publish the poor reviews.
I actually feel conned!!!

Terrible. Ordered. 7days later expected delivery but get email to say out of stock, but will be in next week. Cancelled order asked for refund.
Will never use again. A company that has such appauling stock control in todays age will probably not do well...particularly with all these bad reviews.

First experience with this company and it will be the last. Ordered an item on the 1st July and it is still at a depot in Germany. When contacted by email (because their phones are turned off) I receive a surly message saying that the delay issue is with the courier, DPD, see the following:
"We don't know when it will arrive, as only DPD knows that. We also can't cancel your order has it has already left our warehouse and is at a DPD warehouse in Lehrte.

You can as soon as the parcel arrives decline the parcel and it will be send back to us for which we then can give you a refund."

Obviously they have taken a payment so my options are limited. I'm glad I did not spend a significant amount with them.

Take my advice, avoid doing business with them, they have a terrible attitude towards customers. One can only hope their disgraceful service culture will play a part in their demise.

This company is very misleading. Ordered an energiser which I needed urgently. Paid for express delivery, still waiting over a week on and it appears my parcel has been packed twice at different ends of the order day and is now travelling across DENMARK, I have had several different dates since last week of when my order will arrive. Great if you are not in a hurry but forget it if you need urgently unless you live in Germany!! poor marketing and misleading

I have just received probably the best customer support for years. My original email query was answered in less than 24 hrs and even my subsequent question to the company received a reply overnight. A person named Jessica took ownership of the problem throughout until everything was resolved.

Avoid this company! They have a .co.UK web address and a Gloucester UK phone number on there website. This is very misleading, they are a German company and a very poor one at that. A week ago I ordered some electric fence tape and immediately got an acknowledgement. Next day I received an e mail saying it was being packed and I would be notified when DPD collected it. Since then nothing. The phone is not answered and no response to E mails. But surprise surprise my bank was debited on the very day I placed the order. Terrible way to treat people.

Very poor service. Only part order dispatched after long wait, haven’t a clue where the rest of the order I paid for is. You can’t contact this company by phone and they don’t reply to emails. AVOID !!! no alternative than to commence legal action to recover money

Order delayed, delivery quite expensive.,
After me asking where my order is, they blame DPD, no reasons why? The electric mesh fence is very poor. The poles are so weak, they can't support the fence of only 25 meters. I need double the poles to support it and use guys on every pole, not just corners. They say their fence is better than other brands, but the other fence I bought at local farm suppliers is far better and the poles can support its weight, they have no stock at the moment. I have had to email them 4 times over my order, been charged, but half is still missing.

Whilst I appreciate that they attempted to remain open during Covid 19.. what I don’t accept is the incorrect and misleading email replies!! Had this company been honest from the start I wouldn’t have been so annoyed. One email stated an apology for delay but my goods were being prepared that day for delivery....a week later than expected but at least I thought it won’t take much longer.. except 2 days later get another email to state that goods were in Hamberg? One week later I eventually got half my package the. 2 days later the rest.. goods ok but service is terrible. Would not recommend

A german company that has a huge warehouse and offers fast delivery but take s a week or more to actually look at your order? Very poor communication and should be banned from having a .co.uk web address when they are clearly not uk - to me this is clear fraud and an attempt to deceive.

Awful - cant get hold of anyone tried email, phone, facebook and online. No sign of my stuff....wish I had never ordered from them. Stay well clear!

Didn't think to read any reviews before I ordered. Ordered enough fencing to make a grass school and re-fence my whole field. you guessed it ordered on the 6th no delivery note or anything emailed them on the 12th got a snotty message saying covid this and that allow 5 days extra on a 2 day delivery so I did, received an email saying it's packed courier will email when collected that was the 16th now on the 21st still nothing, phone lines are dead so email only. My advice for anyone, find somewhere else.

purchased a bird house/table three weeks ago and still not arrived despite being told its on its way. ive repeatedly told them ive no tracking number or anything.. absolutely appalling .There based in Germany with uk call center what never seem to answer the phone. give them a call you'll see. barclaycard are now investigating company to refund my money use this company at your own risk you've been warned..

Shocking - they are using covid 19 as an excuse but its clear this is a poorly run company with a website that lures you in but only disappoints.
DO NOT USE unless you want your money sat and not being returned - I made an order 3 weeks ago and still await some sort of communication. I have called their phonelines - you sit for hours but no one answers. I have then emailed and no one responds.
DO NOT use and if you don't believe me use PAYPAL only so you can dispute your funds and hopefully get them back. Disaster.
