The staff were lovey, very resssuring and helpful in every way possible. My surgeon reassured me, everyone in theatre was really helpful.

Exceptional care at Burcot Hall Hospital
I recently had an overnight stay at Burcot Hall Hospital, and I cannot praise the experience highly enough. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, professional, and incredibly attentive, making me feel at ease throughout my stay.
A special thank you to Mr. Chapman, my surgeon, who provided outstanding care. He checked in on me immediately after surgery, ensuring I was comfortable and informed, and continued to check up on me regularly throughout my recovery. His professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail were truly reassuring.
The nursing team was equally fantastic—always attentive and ready to help. They regularly checked on me, making sure I was comfortable and well looked after with constant supplies of tea and water throughout. The hospital itself was spotless, with modern, well-equipped facilities that created a calm and reassuring atmosphere. My room was clean, comfortable and had everything I needed for a restful night.
Even the meals were well-prepared and catered to my needs, which was a lovely touch.
I want to extend my sincere thanks to all the staff at Burcot Hall Hospital, especially Mr. Chapman and the nursing team, for their kindness, professionalism, and dedication. Your hard work truly made a difference, and I am incredibly grateful for the excellent care I received.
I highly recommend Burcot Hall Hospital.

GS procedure
Mr Richardson was extremely helpful and honest with me regarding the procedure, helped to manage my expectations and I felt in extremely safe hands. However it was Juliet (HCA) who was the shining star for me, from the pre-op appointments, to the emails before and after the procedure, to also be that reassuring and comforting face on the day of my surgery. I was extremely grateful she was there for me. Juliets customer service, clinical knowledge and skill were amazing and is a huge credit to the company.

Lovely care during my stay
The theatre staff helped keep me calm as they prepared for the operation. They explained what they were doing as they were doing it, which helped.
The nursing staff were also amazing. They looked after me 100%. They talk to you and have a laugh with you whilst in their care, helping you feel at ease while you're adjusting and recovering.

Staff were very kind and caring
Staff were very caring. Surgeon were approachable and had time to talk. Nurses were available whenever I needed anything. Everything sorted for when I went home, medication etc.
Felt well looked after.

Went for a breast uplift and implant. I cannot praise the staff encough was really nervous as never had an anaesthetic before. They were amazing. Mark gorman did my surgery he explained everything and did such an amazing job. I lone my new boobs thank you so much

Best experience for private surgery
Was recommended day surgery at Burcot Hall Hospital by Modality Healthcare. I arrived for admission and was promptly taken to the ward. I received attentive care throughout the day. Private room for my recovery was a sweet experience in itself. Time will tell if my operation was a complete success but will look forward to recommending Electiva hospitals in the future. Thank you.

Amazing
Amazing, from start to finish. Honestly the best team ever. I had Jo, Karen, Emma and Lynne. I came in on my own, I never felt alone once. The girls were amazing, couldn’t have done more. I felt relaxed and comfortable. When I came out of surgery I had nothing but the best care, I was made comfortable and brought pain medicine to make me feel better. Such a good experience. Couldn’t be more grateful to you all.

I had a fantastic experience using Burcott hall hospital (the transform group). I had a great team of experienced nurses who were so quick to help me with anything and look after me following my breast augmentation. From start to finish my time spent here was second to none, the hospital was spotlessly clean and organised. I was constantly reassured by everyone from reception staff, my surgeon and nurses about my procedure and aftercare. I couldn’t recommend having any surgery here enough. Thank you Burcott Hall, Bromsgrove.

Impeccable care at the pines.
The care given at this hospital is impeccable! My experience has been amazing and nothing is too much trouble and very very attentive. Very clean and just all round amazing. I was looked after by a few nurses but one nurse named irma she was a angel, she really has the best bed side manner and is an absolute credit to the company. Highly recommended.

The staff is absolutely amazing…
The staff is absolutely amazing especially Kat, the facilities are very nice. There is a cafe on site with lovely drinks and sliced cakes. 10/10 would go again if needing surgery again

Excellent care
I was looked after by caring friendly staff especially Jo, June and Karen, nothing was too much trouble. From the minute I arrived to the minute I left the care was amazing, everywhere was clean and the doctors and nurses were friendly and approachable, I would definitely come here again.
