The staff were lovey, very resssuring and helpful in every way possible.
My surgeon reassured me, everyone in theatre was really helpful.

Everybody at Elective Hospital Manchester was friendly, caring & professional, The receptionists, support staff, anaesthetist & surgeon all made me feel comfortable & at ease during the whole process.

Cannot rate this place highly enough. The nurses are so very caring. Nothing is too much trouble and they truly go above and beyond. Special thanks to Rosemary for looking after me so well and for explaining everything step by step on discharge. She was absolutely brilliant both nights and is a credit to the organisation.

Melody who was the first person I met when I was nervously sitting was so friendly and made me at ease straight away! Next person I met was the surgeon Massimo who was very easy to talk to. He listen to everything I had to say, then explained clearly what the procedure would be. Then at the end spoke to Faye who again was very friendly and professional. All booked in can’t wait for my sugery

Right from the outset the surgeon, anaesthetist and nurses couldn't do enough for you. Mr Bhatty was my savour after a previous surgery not going to plan. Early days but he was extremely informative of the procedure and expectations. Amy. Debra anaesthetist Trina work tirelessly to ensure patient care is the number 1 priority

From the moment you arrive you are greeted in a friendly and professional way. Every member of staff you meet are friendly and seem to enjoy there job. My 2 night stay here was very enjoyable more like a hotel stay. I couldn't fault anything clean professional excellent cant say enough

I honestly cannot recommend my surgeon Dr Sherif Elemari and the entire team highly enough. From start to finish, my experience has been nothing short of amazing.

I had an uplift with implants and mesh, and the results have exceeded all of my expectations. My surgeon was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly reassuring throughout the whole process. I felt completely listened to and confident in every decision we made. The care, precision, and attention to detail truly show in my results — I couldn’t be happier.

A huge thank you as well to the anaesthetist who put me to sleep — they made me feel calm and safe, which really helped ease my nerves on the day of surgery.

All of the nurses were absolutely wonderful — kind, supportive, and so attentive. Nothing was ever too much trouble. The aftercare team has also been fantastic, always available to answer questions and provide reassurance during recovery.

The hospital itself was spotless and very well maintained, which made me feel even more comfortable, and the food was genuinely amazing — such a lovely surprise!

I felt genuinely cared for every step of the way. If you’re considering surgery, I would 100% recommend this team. Five stars isn’t enough!

Absolutely fantastic experience at Transform. Every single person who I had contact with treated me with respect, everyone was so friendly. From my patient consultant Barbara, to my surgeon Mr Macy's. Absolutely outstanding.
Barbara was amazing and went above and beyond. Mr Macy's answered all my questions and put me at ease. The anesthesic team were incredible, I was very nervous and they reassured me over my concerns. Mr Macy is a skilled surgeon and I have no pain whatsoever. The nurse Inni on the ward afterwards took great care of me and explained all the aftercare thoroughly. I have no hesitation in recommending Transform, Mr Macy's and all the team. Outstanding care. Thank you so much.

Currently in the pines hospital in Manchester
had a gastric bypass yesterday and hopefully discharge in the morning just want to say I could not have had a better experience of a hospital the place is spotless clean with state of the art equipment and facilities but the best of all is the staff they have all been amazing they can't do enough for me so friendly and professional with constant monitoring of my condition and any small issues have been sorted out straight away.

I recommend this 100% and thank you all for looking after me

Mr Macys was my amazing surgeon… incredibly proffesional and informative…completely put my mind at ease and gave me very real expectations of what results I could obtain. There wad no pressure at any time. All the pre and post surgical staff were also very professional and supportive,especially Irma who’s kind nursing nature and ability ability was so welcomed.
Also Lauren Dobbs, (patient flow) who was incredibly professional and kindly relayed her own surgical journey with me, which I found very reassuring.

I had bariatric surgery on Wednesday, I would like to thank all the nurses / night nurses , I was always looked after and left very comfortable

Mr Bhatty, my surgeon, was exceptional from the very first meeting. He instantly put me at ease with his warm, friendly manner and fantastic sense of humour, while also being incredibly knowledgeable, honest, and professional. His expertise and reassurance gave me complete confidence throughout the entire process.

The ward staff are truly outstanding. Every single member of the team goes above and beyond — nothing is ever too much trouble, and their kindness, attentiveness, and care make all the difference.

The food deserves a special mention — absolutely outstanding, freshly prepared, and genuinely restaurant-quality, thanks to the wonderful chef.

From start to finish, I felt completely relaxed, cared for, and genuinely happy. It honestly felt more like a luxury stay at the Ritz than a hospital. I cannot recommend this place highly enough for any procedure, and I will most definitely be returning.

From start to finish, this was a positive experience. Mr Li, his personal team & the hospital staff were all very helpful, informative and especially, caring. At no point did I feel unsafe. No question was a silly question. Worries were alleviated right up to my gastric sleeve procedure & my aftercare was caring, warm & well, I just can't speak highly enough of all the staff.
There was one particular lady (and I'm sorry I didn't note her name) during my 1st night, who was into my room in a flash whenever I needed help with something or pain relief. She was so sweet & kind. Nothing was a bother to her. I really appreciated having her attend when I had to hit that buzzer. Another stand out was a nurse who kept telling me to breathe & relax my shoulders. She was a character, but instantly gave off "experience & I got you" vibes. I feel I'm being unfair to the ladies who worked on the "Candy Bar" & provided much needed pain relief. They always took the time to explain what they were giving me & why. This did make me feel respected & involved in my pain management. Honestly, they were all amazing & I wouldn't hesitate to advise someone requiring Mr Li's services, to go through this company.
Definitely a worthy 5 star.

The staff are so friendly and helpful, they guided me through the whole time and I never felt uncertain of the order of the day.
