From start to finish I was treated with respect and dignity. I was nervous as I’d never been put under before but was constantly reassured. Every staff member I came into contact with was just incredible, answered all my questions and made me feel 100% comfortable from pre surgery all the way to discharge. Anything I needed was sorted out straight away. Even through the night when I pressed the buzzer for assistance I was seen to immediately. No faults at all with my experience, I would definitely recommend to friends and family and if I ever want another procedure would without a doubt go down the same route. Electiva and transform have been fantastic!

Had surgery yesterday with Mr Gorman and couldn’t be happier. The whole experience was seamless and I’m really happy with the results so far! Mr Gorman made me feel at ease, listened and gave me all the time to ask as many questions as needed. The surgical team were fantastic too! From the moment I arrived at the hospital, I was so well looked after, the staff are all amazing! Friendly, caring and really informative the whole way through. I felt comfortable and listened too and could not recommend enough! Thank you the all the staff that made my experience so positive! You are all amazing!!

Dr Lopa and the team were excellent, made me feel so welcome and nothing to worry about at all, they couldn’t have been more caring and supportive than they were.

It’s been a disappointment from the very beginning of this journey. Been messed around so much. Left unsure of what’s going on. No one follows up and gets in contact when they say they will. Don’t think they communicate between themselves. This could be a worse experience than having the operation on the NHS . You think with paying you’d get a better service. Five visits and one operation cancelled, still waiting . 😡😭
Update…. My operation was cancelled on the day , took over 3 hrs for them to decide whether they’d do op or not due to a piecing I had on my chest. The surgeon was fine with it from the start and said he’d put tape over it. On the day the anesthetiser said he wasn’t happy and I needed to get it removed an x-ray for an unrelated issue and I’d be back for the operation with in a couple of days. I got Piercings removed the following day. Two weeks later I’ve heard nothing regarding the X-ray. I’ve had to phone and chase them up, but all I get is……we don’t know anything yet. 😡Two weeks to sort an X-ray out. 🤯, the whole matter as been a nightmare. Would love a refund and to go somewhere else. Lost all confidence in this company.

From the moment you walk into the hospital to the reception , you are made to feel welcome, the nursing staff and Doctors are all fantastic, and you are looked after really well, nothing is too much trouble, the room are spacious and very clean, and the food very tasty. Mr Sharif Javed was my surgeon, and he did a great job, I was so pleased with my care, I would recommend Electiva Hospitals.

All off the staff from start to finish were great . Dr faway was great at my pre op and on the day . Makes you feel at ease . Dr Almerie was my surgeon and i could not praise him highly enough as well . Everything was smooth sailing and was always kept in contact with .

Couldn’t fault my experience from start to finish . James Murphy puts you at total ease and Sophie the anaesthetist was just wonderfully calming . At no point did I feel I wasn’t given time to think about the procedure and everything was clear and uncomplicated . I came home the same day with clear instructions and had a call from Jac the next day to check in on me . Only think I’d say is that the sports bras they use are very difficult to get on and off to shower etc . A zip would be better than lots of hook & eye .

From the first consulation to my surgery day, I felt so at ease. I was made to feel relaxed and comfortable. I would 100% recommend this hospital.

The receptionist, ward colleagues/practitioners and surgical team are absolutely fantastic. So caring, receptive and happy to help.

I felt so comfortable and it's very clean.

The food is brilliant too.

My partner has had two check ups follow an op. And both times we've waited over 30 mins past the appointment time to be seen.

Left waiting for over an hour past our appointment time. No one came to inform us of why the delay. No one seemed to be interested just left waiting and waiting. To say how much their surgeries cost you’d think they’d be more bothered

Absolutely wonderful staff, was looked after with 5 star treatment
The food was great, delicious fresh fruit, tea coffee & cold drinks
Martha was especially helpful and made my stay very comfortable, would highly recommend this hospital 😄

The staff, nothing was too much trouble, I was made to feel welcome and at ease from the minute I stepped in the hospital. The hospital is clean and the grounds are lovely and calming.

Really helpful from the start, Dr Gorman explained the procedure and allowed me to consider options best for me before we agreed on a plan .

From beginning to end, my experience with Transform and with Electiva has been outstanding. My transform advisor, Larna was wonderful and helped me decide what procedure I needed, she was so knowledgeable and everything was very transparent; she has been there as my first port of call every day leading up to my surgery date. After my first consultation with Dr Mark Gorman at the Electiva Hospital in Manchester, I knew he was the surgeon for me. He was friendly, down to earth, knowledgeable and his results speak for themselves. He answered any questions or concern I had with ease and was just truly wonderful. I can honestly say after meeting him, I’ve not had a single worry or concern leading up to my surgery date as I trusted that he 100% knew what he was doing, was on the same page as me and his expectations aligned with mine! On my surgery date, my admission time was 1pm and I was so well looked after from the moment I entered the building. My room was beautiful and very private and the staff were exceptional. I had visits from nurses, anaesthetists and from my surgeon before going down for my surgery to thoroughly check through everything and inform me of what would happen next. Everything went perfectly and I am over the moon with the results. My nurse Imra looked after me overnight and she was exceptional and so full of knowledge. I could not recommend Dr Mark Gorman, Transform or the Electiva Hospital more highly.

An amazing experience from start to finish from the lady who met me at reception on day 1 through to the surgeon , nursing staff , doctors , cleaners and catering staff they were all really friendly and could not do enough for me .

Amazing gorgeous clean hospital with the most caring staff, could not fault any of them from start to finish, my surgeon miss darrien was so supportive before & after the surgery which made me feel even more at ease, thankyou for everything pines hospital!X

He has such a friendly comical down to earth manner at the same time maintaining his high professional standards
As a nurse practitioner this to me is a fundamental part of my whole journey and I would highly recommend him and the hospital to anyone , I am excited to see the results !
