I ordered a few items for a friend's…
I ordered a few items for a friend's wedding and everything was so beautiful!
I needed a next day delivery and when it didn't happen the team at Eleanor was super reactive and ensure I received the items in time.
When the glasses arrived broken, they were super quick to offer a solution!
Would definitely recommend and order from them again, amazing customer service!

Lovely products until you have an issue with one that is not fit for purpose.
Response times to queries is poor with no clear time frames for the customer. I have been waiting over a week for a meaningful reply.

Ordered 2 lots of big orders as I was delighted with 1st order, bought the electric coast range for my kitchen, had to call customer service about amending an order, they went above and beyond, so then I ordered my second order based on how helpful they were, so well done, the actual order is absolutely stunning makes such a difference to my kitchen, I love them and love the range, I will highly recommend, in fact I won’t need to once my family and friends see them, thank you for your help with my order and fantastic quick delivery service

I love the products
I love the products, I usually order via next. But I bought some items direct this time. One of the mugs arrived with a chip in the handle, so I sent off a request via contact us page. I didn’t hold out much hope with it being automated and not a person, but it was passed to a real person and was resolved.

My cup arrived with a slight imperfection so I emailed with a photo and I received a response pretty quickly. The next email was to say a replacement cup was on its way! And an apology for the cup not being up to standard! Absolutely great customer service couldn’t have asked for more!

Products amazing as always, i did have an issue with a damaged item in my order due to royal mail no fault of sender. Dee from the team helped me resolve my issue even on a weekend was very pleased with response. I have ordered a lot of items from here and will continue to do so. Quality is 10/10

Cowboy operating company, avoid it!
I ordered a set of cups and tableware from this company as a gift for my friend. Unfortunately, the experience has been absolutely terrible.
The courier company they chose simply left my package unattended outside the building entrance. It’s not a safe place, which mentioned in my app. As a result, the package was stolen on June 9. I contacted the company on June 10 and have been following up regularly ever since.
At first, I received automated responses, but now they have stopped responding altogether. There is no phone number to call, no way to speak to a real person, and nobody has contacted me to resolve the issue.
The complete lack of responsibility and customer support is shocking. When a company chooses a delivery service, it should also take responsibility when something goes wrong. Instead, I have been ignored for weeks while trying to get help with a stolen order.
This is one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from this company.

Beautiful products and amazing service
Beautiful products! I ordered the stars and moon trifle bowel and two sets of four matching bowls. Unfortunately, two of the bowl were damaged during transit but one email to customer service was all it took for them to arrange a replacement set. I emailed them on a Saturday and received a reply the same day which I was very impressed with. New bowls arrived safely on Monday. Very pleased and will definitely order again.

Great customer service.
I bought a bag and unfortunately it had a slight imperfection and the stitching was coming undone. I emailed some pictures (on a Sunday) received a response immediately. I was offered a full refund (the bag was out of stock) or a partial refund which I opted for as I really loved the bag. This was issued the same day. Great service. Would definitely buy from them again.

My order arrived promptly and the mugs were lovely, colourful and fun. Unfortunately one mug had the tiniest chip in the glaze near the rim. It was honestly hardly noticeable. I requested a replacement and sent a photo. I had an immediate response, despite it being Bank Holiday, and a replacement was sent out to me.
I will be buying more from this company as the designs are so quirky and cheerful.
