Never got the package and did not offer a reshipment nor a refund. They suck big time!

I ordered very nice red dress fir my daughter's seniors pictures and she wasn't able to wear it because all straps was wrong connected. They were not removable. Front looked ok but in the back was awful. I have to take it to real tailor and fix it.
Whoever is sewing those dresses make sure you put straps in correct way. Thank you

I ordered my item 2+ months ago and received it pretty quickly initially. The sizing was all off so I had to send it back for a different size. I am still waiting for the replacement item and it’s been two months. I asked them for a refund and they just told me that the items on its way. I don’t get the item this week. I will definitely charge back For fraudulent website practices

STAY AWAY! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHAM OF A BUSINESS. Bought a suit, incredibly tiny, returned for larger size because refunds are not allowed and it’s been 23 days now since I returned it. Where is my replacement???

I recently had a very disappointing experience with a jumpsuit I purchased for my wedding. To start, the delivery took much longer than expected, which was frustrating. When I finally received the jumpsuit, it was too small, and I decided to return it for a refund.

However, I was shocked to find out that the company's refund policy only allowed for store credit. Despite this, I proceeded with the return but was met with a rude customer service representative who accused me of wearing the jumpsuit because of dust and dirt from my alteration shop. I had only tried it on there to check the length of the pants.

Despite the tags being intact and my explanation for the marks being valid, they refused my return, leaving me without the jumpsuit I paid for and no refund or store credit. This experience was incredibly frustrating and disappointing, and I would caution others against purchasing from this company. It felt like a scam and a complete waste of time and money.

I will admit it took a bit to get it here, but it was beautiful quality and the fit was excellent. The shipping took awhile but I did get response pretty quickly by email. They continued to update. Had to reschedule shipping but once it shipped it did arrive exactly as they said. The personal email responses were kind and helpful. I will order again as the product was very nice and very stylish.

I ordered from IG 2 weeks ago. They sent me a “shipped” email the next day. But now it’s stuck in limbo and UPS has not received the shipment yet. I tried emailing, calling both phone numbers, messaging them on IG. No response. This company is a scam. Do not trust.

Okey so yes they do take forever BUT let me say this… it it’s totally WORTH it. The quality it’s amaizing. I order a dress for my civil wedding and I’m so happy with the dress it’s beautiful just like the pictures !!! And Abquina was always responding my emails very kind. I thought at first they were scammers because of the waiting time. But now that I have it in hands I’m so thankful I waited and not asked for a refund ! If you have time to wait believe me it’s worth it !! I’ll buy again for sure !!! Thank you thank you thank you!!

Trash customer service. Can’t reach anyone by phone or email. Left voicemails and sent emails. I had to use Instagram direct message as a last resort and finally got a response. My order hadn’t shipped after being in fulfilled status for 8 days. I cancelled after that time period. Stuck in “Label created” status with UPS. Had to cancel order.

Terrible costumer service .

Man, I wished I checked the reviews before I bought from these people. I ordered two dresses two weeks ago. I’ve yet to received any shipping confirmation. I sent 4 different emails asking about shipping status and I haven’t heard back from them. Had I checked the reviews I would I’ve seen the red flags. What kind of company only responded to only the good reviews and not the bad ones? That only means that you know you messed up and don’t care about how your customers feel. That’s bad business. I hope I receive the dresses and in good condition. If I don’t, I will dispute the charges with my bank and get my money back. Ugh!

Terrible products. Cheap material, very poor workmanship. You also cannot receive a refund and must receive a store credit. Ordered again using the credit and received another bad product now I have to return it again because it wasn’t as pictured.

I sent my item in for a return and they never refunded me or gave me extra credit. The item was delivered to me with the tags off so when I sent it in, they said it was unavailable for return because the tags were off. Such a scam

My item came in damaged and they refused to refund or exchange. Material is definitely not worth the money, worse than shein.

I never ended up receiving the dress I ordered or even the credit back for the return. They practically stole my money :/

PLEASE DONT ORDER IN THIS COMPANY, ITS A SCAM! SAVE YOUR MONEY, MATERIAL IS REALLY BAD!

Sizes run small and material isn’t the greatest quality

I oder 4 dresses from Elagia, haven’t get any yet . They keep saying it been delay due to high volume.,Been contact them and have the same answer. My bday it’s this coming week but no dress , I start to worry about this company…. Will report to BBB if I still not receive my dresses on 2 weeks. My order was on March 3rd , as today April 2nd and so sigh of delivery..sadly I won’t recommend for anyone about Elagia !!

This was such a great experience. First the dress I got is stunning! Fits as advertised and even more beautiful on. I had a bit of an issue thinking I didn’t receive a piece of the dress. I had a great conversation with a representative and they ended up opening an investigation. Ultimately, I’m the one who dropped the “missing” piece of the dress and apologized. She was very understanding and we laughed about. I will absolutely be purchasing again!
