So here I am leaving this unfortunate review , first the shipping process took forever over a week to be exact another week to be delivered, thankfully it got here in time but let's talk about the quality, please save your money , I purchase this outfit thinking it was a great quality because it was priced st $399 and discounted to $150 , I love theory the brand and I assumed it was gonna be similar quality considering the price . I am so disappointed and honestly most likely I'm sending it back this is a 30 dlls Chinese manufactured suit so ugly you can see the seam on the pants so think discolored and the etiquette are cheap everything about the suit is cheap . Please save yourself the time disappointment and money plus their customers service is terrible !!!!

Beautifully designed and tailored. I am thrilled with the suit which is for formal business attire event. Not to mention the hard to find complementary color, quality material, and of course it was lined.

Customer Service continue to answer my concerns when they had a delay. The UPS tracker kept me connected the whole way too. The short wait was worth it. I could not find another feminine suit like it. Thank you Elagia!!!

I ordered a white pant suit round about 8/5, on 8/15 I received a text stating my package cleared customs. About a week later, through tracking, I found out that my order was returned. I wanted the outfit for a white gala on 8/24. So on 8/24 I contacted the company ( I have no complaints with the rep that kept me informed once I decided to have the outfit sent to me anyway) They re-sent the suit, I received it on 9/25, it was off white. I have not tried it on yet.

This is the worst company I have ever purchased from. They are big thieves, don’t waste your money buying from them.

Cannot speak for others’ experiences, but I personally had a great experience with Elagia. My suit took a while to ship, but when I sent an email to check in they responded very promptly and apologetically and kept me posted throughout the process. My suit arrived yesterday and I love it! Exactly what I was looking for. The customer service rep was very kind and grateful to me. Luckily my suit fits perfectly, so I can’t speak for the return policy, but just based on my own experience I would definitely recommend shopping here and would shop here again (just very far in advance due to long shipping times!).

I bought a dress and it didn't fit, I returned it in perfect condition and they wouldn't give me my money back, they gave me a store credit. There was nothing else that I liked and I bought a blouse for not losing the money and I still had money left to use, I tried to buy again and they told me that the coupon has already been used. LITERALLY THEY ARE THIEVES

This company is a scam terrible customer service who denieds to refund your money even after trying multiple times to order different dresses because they don't fit you but since you can't get your money back you have to figure out what to do with a product you don't love. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND THE HEADACHE.

I purchased a dress for my university graduation on your website, the day of the event when I was dressing up the zipper wouldn’t closed (no idea why when the dress was brand new). I had to have so many people’s help and when it finally closed, 5 minutes after, the zipper opened from the middle, we couldn’t fix it. I had to run to Zara to buy a last minute dress and arrived late to my graduation.

This company is a scam! People should definitely stay away from them. I purchased a piece set from them the 4th of July I picked a large one from the app. Once I received the email confirmation I noted that it was an extra small. The very next day to have them change it to a large, no answer. After multiple attempts someone finally called me back and told me that it was too late unfortunately they will send me a prepaid label to ship it back to them. I received the 3 piece suit and label. I mailed it back to them from the 24th of July until now no refund appears to my bank account yet. I reached out to them multiple times via email. Their response is " we have a lot of returns coming back to the warehouse they haven't reached to me yet you have to wait.” Now they have my money and the suit. I'm not quite sure how l'm going to get the money refunded back to me. |

If you want to make a $200.00 purchase like I did for the poorest of quality of suits only to be told they refuse to refund their customers then later to be told they would only do a a partial exchange for $50 less then what you initially paid for them to have them refuse to make the exchange then this company is for you. I’ve reported them to the Federal Trade Commission and you can too if you were ripped off in the egregious amount I was with the rudest and most unprofessional customer service imaginable then shop here. Or you can take my horrific experience where I’m currently taking these creeps to court and reporting them to every consumer media outlet possible! I’m reviewing them everywhere but I see I’m not alone! Reading the other reviews my hunch is that they will soon be out of business very soon as no company on the planet has a no refund and no exchange policy period. If you too have been robbed by them like me then contact me for a class action suit against them! I’ve reported them to every Federal agency possible! Spend your money elsewhere unless you like being robbed blind!

Call your BANK no matter the payment method!!! These people are terrible. My dress came to me damaged and they wanted photos. After sending photos they then wanted to get The dress evaluated by someone higher up. We’re talking about $140 dress not a $1,400 dress. After getting the runaround I just called my bank!

Not too great being I’ve not received my order and I ordered back about 3 months ago at this point!!

I was working with someone there, and they could never give me a timeline of when I would receive my order.

First of all; they were sold out of the suit I ordered, but I didn’t find out until after I placed the order - convenient. When the suit arrived over a month later I tried it on & it didn’t fit so I put it immediately back in the bag & shipped it back. They claim it was dirty and refuse to give me a refund. The thing was white. Unreal.
