I loved speaking with Ryan to set up my policy. He was very kind and knowledgeable. He listened! We set up automatic payments.
Not sure what happened but for some reason I was contacted that my payment was not accepted by my bank! I went on your sight and filled out everything again. I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED A COPY OF MY POLICY AS PROMISED.
Please get it out to me ASAP!

The first person I talked to was helpful but did not return and of my phone messages.
The first agent I talked with, I believe his name was Kendall Mallet first introduced me to American Amicable. That was it. I called him 3 times and left messages which he never responded to. I was contacted from your office but did not ask to talk with another representative thinking that I Kendall would respond to my messages. That did not happen so I contacted your office and was referred to Carl who was very helpful and got the policy accepted. Excited to be with American Amicable.

Dylan Bishop was my agent today and he was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions and gave me further information that I wasn't knowledgeable in and explained things easily so that i could understand. He made me feel and be really happy about my decisions I finally made today for my loved ones in the event of my passing now I have at least some piece of mind knowing that with Dylan's knowledgeable I made the right choices for me and my family! I believe I was scammed through…
I believe I was scammed through American Amicable an Americo which is supposed to be with e Financial insurance company. Two separate payments for same policy number were taken out of my bank account!!! I was supposed to have talked to a Justin, I've never spoken to a guy with either company! Only women. I'm cancelling both policies. I don't trust this company!!! I'm getting a local insurance company in my town in Tennessee. These were in California, as far as I've learned. Don't trust them!!!

I called back to update my plan and I was transferred 3 times and the third person was talking while I was talking. Told him 2 people can't talk at same time no one could find my plan

I didn’t think I could afford life insurance but Dylan Bishop my representative was awesome
He told me that we could make it happen I was so happy when we were done he made my day I was so excited I drove 15 miles to my wife’s work to tell her thank you Dylan you are awesome
