I spoke with Ms Norece Eccleston, a Client Solution Specialist that lead me to your company. She was pleasant all through this process. When she asked me my age, she did treat me like I was on my last night of life(which other companies did). When Efinancial re received my application a phone call was made to me about three days later. The customer representative was pleasant, understanding and thorough. She wanted to verify that it was me and that I had approved this application and then she said thank you. I’m grateful that this policy was approved. No longer have that burden on my shoulders.

I've been trying to get them to change…
I've been trying to get them to change my contingent beneficiaries for weeks from one person @100% to two people@50/50%. They sent one page with the same one person as the contingent with no % appropriated. When I finally got through their painful phone tree to speak to a LIVE person, she informed me they would be sending a second page with the other person's name on a separate page.
Still waiting after weeks for that second page to show up in my mailbox.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS IF YOU WANT YOUR WISHES HONORED.
