I ended up paying a $30.00 NSF cause my payment was due on the 3rd and if was ran through my bank account on the 6th, I don't want my payment drafted anymore, I rather pay it myself on the due date!Im on a fixed income and don't have 30.00 dollars to give!

Tiffany was very efficient and knowledgeable, and very easy to work with. We had a difficulty with Docusign who apparently had computer problems, but Tiffany stayed on task and patiently coped with my frustration understandingly. She persevered and kept me informed via phone, text and email. We apparently were successful and a policy was issued.

Trevoy Pointer was such a nice person to talk with. I like that he was to the point. I was actually called earlier today from another insurance company and the lady sounded like she was reading from a script but she was trying to be personable. It sounded very scripted and it was also very annoying because she kept me on the phone for 45 mins instead of getting right to the point. Trevoy was short and sweet and that is what I prefer.

Ms Tinesha Daniel's was very professional and kind she is the reason I agreed to get the policy she was consistent in finding me the best policy I really appreciate that

I like the price range for my policy but I don't like the fact that my insurance certificate was not sent to me yet. Also, it took a long time to hear from my agent.

I currently have a term plan the will mature in 8 years. I need to obtain coverage beyond that . The agent made it simple!
