This company is TRASH. Any positive review is written by one of their Chinese employees. You can tell by the terrible grammar and typos. A complete SCAM, s#!t quality items. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. SHAME & DISHONOR ON THEM AND THEIR FAMILIES

Ordered a leather jacket was not real leather cannot get a return sticker from company after several e mails no response!

I had a terrible experience with this company, and I strongly urge you to stay away. I ordered clothing from Edward Fraiser, but I canceled my order on the same day because I found alarming bad reviews about them online. As I feared, the reviews were true—it’s a scam!

Two days later, I received an email from them stating that my cancellation request was denied because I didn’t cancel within 3 hours of placing the order. This ridiculous policy is clearly designed to trap customers.

After two weeks, I tracked my order, and the status kept saying it was still in China with no updates. When I emailed them about it, their unhelpful response was to “keep tracking the order” and contact them again if the status didn’t change in another two weeks.

This is unacceptable behavior for any company. Edward Fraiser takes your money, makes it impossible to cancel your order, and then provides no real customer service.

Avoid these scammersh at all costs! Report them if you’ve been a victim. Companies like this need to be stopped.

I don’t even know where to start but now that I have read other reviews, I see that I am quite fortunate to never have received any product. I ordered on Nov 27, 2024, gifts to be given at Christmas. It is Jan 14, 2025, & thankfully, I never received the order. (Therefore, I cannot comment on the product quality but I believe the negative reviews.) The company shipping info states that orders should arrive between 4-11 days. Hah! The tracking info notes says you may possibly need to give up to 10 days to update. Hunh? My tracking info shows order being processed on Nov 28, 2024 & that’s what it continues to show. I also only received feedback when I made inquiries to support. Not really sure if that wasn’t AI. I’ve kept record of the emails for future reference as I will continue checking to make sure my card is not charged. A business could be a business with this many flaws only if it’s deemed a scam.

SCAM - CANNOT RETURN ITEMS. They claim to have easy return process, but I went to return a $59 dollar CRAP QUALITY jacket they wanted to charge me a $50 return fee, so basically you are stuck with what you bought. Return was back to China, despite nowhere indicates this business is located in China. I REALLY DOUBT any of the positive reviews are real!

Complete rip off. Purchased what I thought was going to be a new winter coat. After it shipped from China, it was thin enough to be crammed in a plastic bag and placed in my mailbox. It was two sizes too small and the zipper was broken. Immediately threw it in the donate pile. The only reason it didn’t go to the garbage is because it is brand new and maybe someone can salvage it. This is not a real company. It is a rip off please please please save your money, even if it seems like a good deal.

I compared their size chart with my existing clothing and ordered accordingly.
What I received isn't even close to proper size so they might as well throw away their chart.
Very disappointed and will never purchase from again.

I ordered a cashmere sweater. I will not deal with this company again because:
1- The quality is very poor and has damages.
2- The product has no label or care guidance.
3- Shipping time took so long (more than indicated).
4- Return policy is near impossible.
5- They agreed to compensate me for 20% instead of return and I was credited only 15%.

I wish there was a zero star option. Stay clear from ordering from this site. It is a complete scam. The quality is complete garbage and false advertising. What you see is not what you get. This organization should be shut down. It’s an outrage. No option to return unless you pay which means you are paying a fortune to ship it to China. This is what they are hoping for as the shipping cost is not worth the cost of the clothing so I’m sure most people don’t bother. Oh but they offer you a 15% discount to order more garbage as a secondary option. 😂

I ordered a men's half-zip cashmere sweater size medium as a gift well before Christmas. Four days after Christmas, I received an XXL cheap knit shirt thing that was supposed to resemble what I ordered. Flat out bait and switch. Do NOT order from them.

They putting now fake reviews from fake peoples It’s shit website or shit clothes even Ross clothes are way better then this scam company don’t buy clothes from this Chinese’s shit company clothes they are scammed company and they make fool the customer they done have phone no on website and they don’t have option for comments it’s totally fake don’t buy clothes guys !

Unbelievably misleading website and the clothing is not at all what you expect when ordering. The quality is not as good or authentic as they make it seem, and there are no tags at all. Also, you will not be able to return anything unless you want to pay half your order cost to ship back to China. So upsetting.

Customer service is good, but you'll need them cause the sizes are super small from what you order. America size!

There should Be a category for zero stars.
We were supposed to arrive between four and 14 days. It took 24 days. It’s advertised as a wool sweater. There is no tag in the back of the neck. The only tag is at the bottom side and it says 100% cotton.

Fraudulent company. Order arrived 3 weeks later. Claimed it was cashmere but sent a cotton sweater that was wrong size. I asked my CC company to stop payment

i had the exact experience as Stephanie M. i ordered a coat Dec 9th and never received an order confirmation or shipping info but my credit card was charged. i emailed repeatedly asking for information but received “don’t worry” replies. The coat just appeared after Christmas and when i asked how to return it, I was basically told I can’t because it has to be shipped to China and will cost $40-50. Side note: the shipping package was from Illinois! Do not buy from this company

I would give 0 stars if I could. Placed this order 3 weeks before Christmas. Sent them a message a week later regarding not receiving a tracking number. I received 1 reply stating that I would receive in 3-6 days. Sent them several messages after the 6 days and never got another reply. Nothing. Christmas came and went so now my son is looking for another coat for me to order. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY.
