So far, in the process of purchasing our MS02 MAX , every question I have sent to EcoMobi has been answered. This means a lot to me.
I feel we can never predict how something is going to go, but what matters most to me is how we handle it. That is why I am giving five stars on my experience so far.!

I ordered this scooter last November and have thoroughly enjoyed it. It is difficult to walk long distances and this gives me the independence I need. It's a comfortable ride and is a beautiful blue color. The price is reasonable. It checks all of the boxes.
When I received the scooter, the side mirrors were not included. I contacted the company and they were incredibly polite, helpful, and readily fixed the issue. I would definitely recommend this scooter!

Purchased scooter for my 95 year old father, It has been very useful and easy to assemble. When charger stopped working customer support was helpful and prompt.

We actually had problems with the motor of the scooter we ordered. It worked for our needs great for a month until the motor started giving out. We were sent a replacement right away. Unfortunately the second motor also gave out within a month. The third motor was not the same motor so we have been left without mobility. However, customer service has been very responsive to our emails and phone calls. We are hopeful our issue will be resolved soon.

After looking at lots of different scooters I decided to get this 1 for my mothers and I’m glad I did. She absolutely loves it. The battery lasts for weeks and it’s so easy to use It’s small enough to fit in her suv but still feel sturdy. We love it

The service department and staff are truly refreshing in terms of today's light. They are quick and professional which was refreshing. They handled a small problem efficiently and to my satisfaction. Thank you.

The scooter is very elegantly styled and is easy to assemble and operate. The customer service is outstanding, the best I've experienced in my lifetime. They respond within a day.

I ordered the Ecomobi Max Scooter. This is a great mobility scooter especially if you want to use it for trails and other off road use. Its a heavy duty scooter and will take you just about anywhere. Customer Service is wonderful and Vera will help with anything you need and any questions you have. This is a strong well built scooter and it has all the goodies and is very comfortable as well. I especially like the variable speed control. You can go as slow as you like, or speed up gradually to a max of about 15 mph. I highly recommend this scooter.

The Ecomobixlub has provided a great experience in pursuing our new ride. It was not something my husband really wanted to have to use but after now having it in our house he is excited about our next trip for him to use it. Ecomobiclub has provided exceptional customer service answering all his questions and ensuring he got what he wanted.

I love having my mobility back! The scooter’s appearance is great. I like how it’s not as wide as the ones provided in the store. It also has quite a pep..I actually need to be mindful of slowing down so a walking family member can keep up. I can’t wait to take it longer distances.

Ordering my scooter, scooter cover and extended warranty from Ecomobi was so easy and seamless. Customer Service Representatives were professional, knowledgeable and really cared about my experience. A Customer Service Representative even checked on me a few days after my scooter was delivered to make sure I was happy with my purchase. The scooter is sturdy, made of quality materials and handles well on all terrain. I would definitely recommend Ecomobi!

This scooter has helped my parents get around and be able to do things they love to do. It's a great value for the price and very easy to put together. I would highly recommend this scooter to anyone that needs help getting around.

I received my scooter from hubby as an early birthday present, so that I would be able to MATS (Mid-America Truck Show) in Louisville, Kentucky. Unfortunately, my supplemental battery was damaged during transport. Not to worry, I was able to attend and my initial battery was adequate and didn’t need to be recharged during the whole trip. But that’s not the best part of my experience. The Customer Support was beyond superb. I had the pleasure of working with Camila and Elsa. Both of the amazing people kept me informed throughout the exchange process and made my experience so enjoyable. Something tells me that this wasn’t above and beyond care.Thank you both; because of this level of customer support, I don’t hesitate to tell anyone who will listen about my story, my scooter, and my experience. The only downside is that I can’t give more than five stars.

Rather than add to my already existing review, I'm making a new review.
What a great little getter-abouter! This is a nimble delightful scooter. The seat is comfortable and the controls are very user friendly.
Now it's not absolutely perfect, there are a few drawbacks. The turning radius is a bit wide for my liking, but part of that is our neighborhood sidewalks are slender, so that probably is not a problem for anyone else. Plus, I can maneuver, back up, angle, forward, angle, to get around sharp turns. Others may not have that experience at all. Another is that it has zero shock absorption. I may eventually spring for a seat with springs. Still, for the price this little scooter can't be beat! For range, electricity usage, sheer convenience, size and price, it is a dream to own and handle. This is the first scooter I have ever owned, but I've tried out many. The Rascal, the Amigo and others. This little MS02 puts them all in the shade for a personal mobility device. If I ever upgrade, it will be to another EcoMobi! It totally rocks. Oh, and several of my neighbors already have asked where I got it and what the price is, and I think a couple are planning on getting one for themselves! We'll have our own NASCAR. Neighborhood Association Scooter Competitions And Racing! LOL!

I ordered a MobiScooter fromAmazon. The assembly went well. I had a question about the rear mirror installation and it was promptly answered with an email with pictures of proper installation. The scooter has enabled me to continue to take my dog on her morning one mile walk.

I am very pleased with the 4-wheel electric mobility scooter I purchased from this company .It arrived on time ,was in excellent condition , and exactly as described .It performs beautifully and I expect many years of service .I have had a few minor questions and the company was very quick to respond .I would not hesitate to recommend this company to you . I feel they will be there in the future if I need them .

I ordered an adorable pink scooter… unfortunately it did get cracked in shipping. The company immediately sent me the parts to replace and even sent a video to help me through the replacement. It was fairly easy to fix, and my scooter was back to perfect condition.
The company was excellent at communication and support throughout the whole process.
I would definitely do business with them again, besides I reallly like the scooter. 🥰

First of all i love my Ecomobiclub mobile scooter, was very easy to put together. Being 86 years old it gives me the mobility to do many things i could not with out my scooter. I can ride several days before charging, and if any problems they have the best and quick response to take care of. I defiantly would recommend this scooter and the company to everyone who needs more mobility.
