My experience with this driving school has been incredibly frustrating and draining. I paid a lump sum for my lessons, but it feels like that’s just an excuse to treat me as if I’m not a priority. Despite the lump sum payment, I still had to borrow money to cover additional costs—and it’s no joke. The travel time from work is long, and I pay for a car lift every time I go, only to face repeated failures in my assessments.

It would make a huge difference if students like me were shown more consideration, especially during assessments and RTAs. We’re spending a significant amount of time, money, and effort on this, and it’s mentally, physically, and emotionally exhausting. I can’t understand why the instructors, who know our strengths and weaknesses, aren’t able to serve as assessors as well. This change alone would ease the burden on students and could genuinely help us pass.

The only positive experience has been Virgilio, an instructor who genuinely cares about his students. He goes above and beyond to help, and it would be a huge relief if he could serve as both my instructor and assessor. His guidance has been invaluable, but the overall experience here has left me feeling unsupported and drained.

This school needs to take students’ well-being and success more seriously. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone unless they make changes to consider the mental, physical, and financial strain they’re putting on their students.

Bus driver for vehicle I5768 very rude and very disrespectful person. Please try to train your employee to have a good manner not just a good driver.

Thanks to Mr. Laurence who guide from start to finish to get the license. His very supportive and good customer service. Thanks to Alice, Jonela, Waqas Batti and the rest supporting instructors in my 5 months journey. I learned too much and having good experiences. Highly recommend eco drive good customer service

Worst worst ever experience I have ever had. No proper service, customer support. I got passed in theory test and for their application issue I have been delaying for lot days and no response from their side. And days are going. And showing to pay again. This is a pure scam to loot money.

I got my license in less than 2 months!
I had the best instructors and examiners throughout my journey. It was a breeze from enrolling to getting the license. Special thanks to Instructor Shahid Mehmood whom i started with, instructor John Ajay Lal who was very patient. Instructor Jonela Tabuan who taught me how to be more confident on the road.
Mr Shafi Ullah Gul for all my internal assessments. Failed a couple of times but i didnt lose hope as they guided me really well.
I highly recommend ecodrive!

Assessment examiner are very rude , of echo drive…

my experience is horrible totally and very poor service
once you fail the appointment is after 1 month they will make u suffer and giving fake promises and always stupid excuses still that time the vehicle touch is lost and try to book the test from last 2 months and calling the CC one standard response team will call you and there will be no call and last time i was able to see the RTA slot open when i tried to book ''complete the required class' and same time i call cc and they say this error message is for all student try to book from end and branch will not help you and if you want to connect the headoffice than travel 50km far in free bus with losing your one day salary and the response will also be the same so better see a good school and dont chose eco drive you will regret for sure....

I had the great experience to practice highway training with Abdulla Elsayed Mohammed. Thanks to his dedicated guidance I was able to learn things I had not learned from any other instructor on the long journey I had already been through at Eco Drive Institute.
He shows interest in enabling the student to learn and be ready for their exam.
Really happy with the experience and passed my RTA final road test straight away.

Very bad school not to recommend to anyone

The VIP Test is fake, it is not unlimited attemps every time that you fails you will need to pay 2600 dhrs more, they are using misleading advertising to get more clients an that is it.

very dissapointed experience , and almost in a year Im always failed for several times in road Asesstment until now ,and timing of bus full of my day spend on your office ,,, not recomend at all planning to change driving institute soon getting tired on it

0589351001 this lady she will take the money and after you gave the money she will not pick up the call and no responses . they only need your money please please dont go for this driving school. they will take one year and keep taking the money with you.

The worst service you can get is from this institute.

First they start from lowest price for their packages and they add all this extra expenses without even telling you and at first they say that you can do everything in any branch but then they say you need to come to the head office which is 40-60 mins drive.

Also whenever you want to book a test there is no availability and then they tell you pay 14,500 aed to get VIP package so you can book tests and they can remove some tests for you which is unacceptable.
