I don't recommend it at all, very bad experience, their customer service and app not good at all. I paid and still not updated in my portal since 4 days.

Cons:
I would give it only two starts, its kinda mess, located in industrial area which can be good place to learn about hazards and has many kind of roads but also bad as most road signs are totally faded, so its not easy to judge your position during your RTA test. they seem to have some nasty and rude instructors you really have to be "the boss" and give out to them to chill and not shout, if you are a weakling they will drain your confident so yes, tell them out! and threat with complain to the manager if they start being rude. I don't see its good idea way to join unless you are really close to them or its convenient to go there. I regretted my decision to join as I could have done a better job and even cheapers at another school.
Another thing is be careful at the RTA yard test from some of their guys it the middle of the yard shouting to go there or move there they are not supposed to be there to give you instructions but to assist during collision or to clear the yard. just do not listen to them and just follow the RTA instructions on the screen and move on from test to test even if you failed one they might cause you frustration and ulimitally failure. so totally ignore them as if they don't exist.

Pros:
The have transportation covers all Dubai they can pick you up and return you. they also have pretty good and dedicated instructors -

So its not all bad but they really should do much better

The school accepts students with no assurance of slots for RTA either road or parking test. You have to wait for weeks and even months until you acquire your slots and end up failing coz the student awaits for weeks with no practice. Most likely ,you will have your license with in a year or more than that. Don't expect for anything good as expect it for the worst. They will ask your payment without any slots.

"Worst driving school experience"

I had an incredibly frustrating experience with this driving school. The head office is located extremely far in Dubai Industrial City, requiring students to travel there for all tests, which is inconvenient as there are no other locations. I had booked a practice test for 1st March 2025 at the Al Nahda branch. Unfortunately, when the bus arrived, there were no seats available. The driver informed us that another bus was coming from Deira, but it would take more time to arrive.

On top of this, for a 9:30 AM class, they expect us to board the bus at 5:00 AM and wait for 5 hours until the class starts. This is completely unreasonable, and I do not want to be penalized for issues caused by the driving school. The lack of organization and communication and false promises of frequency of buses, has been a nightmare, and I would not recommend this school to anyone.

I do not advise anyone to apply to this school because it is very bad and they prefer to fail you in the exams to take money from you and there are no available exam dates until your file expires. So bad

I'll share honest review no shugar coting I applied for my license in July 2023 I got my license in 24 Nov 2024 however I was struggling to get my classes.
Bad customer service, don't have manners and ethics to handle customers I was about to cancel my file from this school unless and until I met with Ms. Tibebwa she greet me in very friendly manner I'll personally suggest if you really want to take license kindly book her I'll share her details below. I am giving 2 stars just for that lady otherwise I'll rate you in nigative.

I got my driving license with ECO driving school within 45 days. Everyone I came in contact with was great. Special Thank you to Hassan Nasser, Salem, Waleed the VIP co-ordinator and Ansari Imran you guys are amazing.

And to my wonderful instructor Hamid Khan I can not thank you enough. You understood my weak areas and made them perfect. I was afraid of RTA guys but you made me strong you told me to stay calm and focus on the road and the road signs today I did just that and it worked.

Customer Service is worst!!! They are not able to help you with your concerns! I have asked the agent to raise a complaint and I was told they will call me in 24hrs time. I called and telling me the complaint was resolved!

Worst Customer Service!!!

They have a clear policy ( when then customers finish their payments, stop serving them well) ,
they even charged me105 AED because the instructor didn't scan my EID and marked me as (absent) but since I Had paid everything before , they didn't consider their instructor's fault and insisted on charging me again.

I deeply regret choosing EcoDrive for my driving lessons. Not only did I not receive the promised services, but the trainers also created an unsafe environment for female customers. This is extremely concerning and unacceptable.

Despite raising these issues and filing a complaint, I was met with false promises and no real resolution. Their management refuses to refund the amount I paid for unused services, hiding behind vague justifications. Instead, they demanded additional payments for basic processes like the NOC.

EcoDrive’s customer service is unprofessional, their promises are false, and their trainers' conduct raises serious safety concerns. I feel cheated and ignored after trusting them with my time and money.

Please thing twice before choosing EcoDrive

I got my motorcycle license from Eco Driving Institute HO and it was a great experience. I passed all my tests on the first chance and got my license in about a month. Afshan was of great help all through the test process. I was trained by Abdul Malik, Muhammad Saqlain, and Wasal Ahmed, who are very good and well informed. All the trainers I came across are very supportive, helpful, and well informed. I strongly recommend Eco Driving Institute.

Beware of Eco Drive’s False Promises!

I had a terrible experience with Eco Drive at their Dubai Internet City office. An executive named Haris and his manager Ishaq Mehraz convinced me to take their “Unlimited Package,” promising that if I paid the full amount upfront, I’d get priority for classes and exams and a license within
1 month.

After I paid, everything changed. There were no priority classes, exam slots were delayed, and Haris stopped answering my calls. I’ve cleared my internal parking test but have been waiting endlessly for an external RTA test, which he now says is out of their control.

This feels like a complete scam. If you’re considering joining Eco Drive, think twice and don’t fall for these empty promises. I even have audio recordings to prove their false claims. Don’t let them waste your time and money!

I had a very disappointing experience with Eco Drive Driving School. I missed an appointment, and instead of offering any support or understanding, they immediately sent a message saying my file was cancelled. After this, I tried calling more than 15 times to get clarification or assistance, but no one answered my calls. They were completely unhelpful.

Now, after a year, I am trying to move on to another driving school, but Eco Drive is demanding a 500 AED fee for a No Objection Certificate (NOC) to transfer my file. This is extremely frustrating and feels unfair, especially given their lack of customer service and support. I would not recommend this school based on my experience.

Scammers and Frauds

I would like to share my worst experience with Eco-Drive. I am currently enrolled in Eco-Drive. If you don’t want to lose your money, I would highly recommend you not to get driving license from Eco-Drive. They are big scammers and doing Frauds with Clients. They have bad customers services and very bad at treating and guiding Clients once they get the money from customers, they will stop attending your calls and replies to you if you have queries.
I will share my worst experience. I opened my driving License file in Mall of Emirates with Isaq ( He is Algerian) and I enrolled myself for unlimited package (that means you don't have to pay if you failed in any of test), but they opened my Regular Package (that means if you failed you have to pay every time). I didn’t know that they opened my Regular Package because all the information is put by customer service person (Isaq) even I asked him to open my unlimited Package as I am driving for the first time. They scammed me and now they are asking for more money to continue the Driving. I don’t know how many people they have scammed like this before.

The customer services guy (Isaq) told me that once you clear the written test then you have to come back to Mall of Emirates and pay your amount and I did the same. I told him that I came here to pay then he was busy to deal with other Clients and didn’t focus on me. I stand there for 5-10 mints then he said you can pay by Eco-Drive app and when I did then they are saying for unlimited package Client are not allowed to pay by App, so now its regular Package and they are asking for more money to continue the driving license.

It has been 2 months, No one from Eco-Drive is trying to resolve my issue. I want to contact the management of Eco-Drive but I don’t have access when I ask their numbers they transfer me from one person to another without solving this issue. They scammed me. It is totally the mistake of Eco-Drive and they are not solving it either. I am highly disappointed and regretting to open my file in Eco-Drive. Please don’t do the same thing as me

The Ecodrive Customer Service for resolution of complaint is very worst. Firstly, they will not able to resolve your complaints or they don’t have any team to resolve the complaint. Huge delay in responding to complaints, very poor experience with Eco Drive

I had a disappointing experience with your customer service team. The representative I spoke with was unhelpful, dismissive, and seemed uninterested in resolving my issue. I had to repeat myself multiple times, and the response I received lacked clarity and professionalism.

Additionally, the wait time was excessive, and when I finally got through, I felt like my concerns were not taken seriously. This experience has left me frustrated and questioning whether I can trust your company to provide the support customers deserve.
I am not gonna recommend this institute to anyone.

I had a really disappointing experience with Eco Driving School’s management. While I passed my driving exam through them, their behavior after that has been nothing but frustrating. I requested a refund for a canceled service for from 18th oct , and instead of handling it professionally, they’ve been dismissive and completely uncooperative.

Every time I follow up, they just keep delaying without giving me a clear answer. To make things worse, their helpline is impossible to get through to—I've been stuck on hold for over 8-10 minutes multiple times, with no response at all.

Honestly, it feels like they care more about holding onto my money than treating their customers fairly. I wouldn’t recommend this driving school to anyone who wants a smooth and professional experience. It’s just a group of unprofessional chunks.
