Bin Yaber Driving Institute Recenzje 

I am writing to complain about an incident at the Oud Maitha branch. The driver left without checking whether any passengers were still waiting, causing me to miss the van and arrive late for work.

When I sought assistance, the reception staff and security guard provided conflicting information and failed to resolve the issue. I was repeatedly asked to wait, but the driver did not return. The manager was also unavailable, leaving me without timely support or a satisfactory solution.

Hana Hashim instructed me to take a taxi and promised that the fare would be reimbursed. I am therefore requesting a full refund of the taxi fare, along with a clear explanation of what happened and why the situation was not handled properly.

I also request that appropriate action be taken against the staff responsible and that measures be implemented to prevent similar incidents from occurring again.

When I signed up for the driving licence, I expected the training and tests would be the hard part, but apparently that is not the case at Bin Yaber institute.

To book an appointment for training or tests, I have to make a booking request with the booking employee so he can call me, which can take 2 to 3 days. Whenever I call any phone number for the school, my call gets forwarded to the call centre, whose employees cannot book appointments, provide any services, or handle any complaints.

Their salesperson promised that training would be included if I failed the exams, as part of the exam charges. But after failing, I found out this does not cover RTA exams and I have to pay separately — even though I asked him to confirm three times. He also promised transportation from Al Barsha to Jebel Ali, and I found out I have to take the metro to Danube Metro Station, after which they pick me up from there. One time they asked me to be there an hour before my exam, even though it is a 5-minute walk from Danube station to the driving institute.

I raised a complaint about these poorly managed services, but the employee could not do anything about anything. When I asked for a manager or customer service, he said they would call, and no one did.

Honestly, the only reason I am rating this institute 1 star is because I cannot rate it 0. If I had known this was their level of professionalism in handling and processing requests, I would never have signed up. They treat clients as if, once registered, you are already stuck and have already wasted your time and money — so they push you to waste more.

Worst thing about bin Yaber is the transportation.
You pay for transportation and for some reason they pick you up sometimes 2 hours before your schedule and 1 hour after you finish

For 2 hours class you need to free 5 hours of your day.. i would understand if transportation is free but it’s not!!

I got my Dubai driving license today, and I couldn't have done it without my instructor, Mr. Ameen (Sri Lankan instructor). I started off feeling very weak and hesitant with my driving skills, but Mr. Ameen’s teaching methods are top-notch. He was extremely patient, calm, and put in so much effort to build my confidence on the road.

He breaks down complex driving techniques into very simple, easy-to-follow steps. If you are nervous about learning to drive in Dubai, I highly recommend asking for Mr. Ameen! Excellent experience with the institute as well. Highly recommended! 🚗💨

The staff are accommodating with fast booking process and the instructors are really teaching and correcting you in which it is a great help to pass the final road test on RTA.
