It was a pleasure to be looked after so well by Paul Sawyer, who went out of his way to accommodate our requirements. Eclipse clearly understands the market segment they specialise in and adopts a no-pressure professional approach which we found refreshingly reassuring. Although this is the first time we have dealt with Eclipse, it won't be our last. Highly recommended.

No hard sale, Ryan let the car sale itself and the process was qui k and relaxed, an enjoyable experience.

Smooth process on purchasing a car from Paul.
Unfortunately the car had mechanical issues from driving off the forecourt. Which understandingly was disheartening. Paul was quick to accommodate the situation.
The car was booked in to be looked at and fixed.
Ryan the man in charge of garage/workshop arrangements was rude, unprofessional and has no empathy.
Unfortunately the car is still not 100% sound and waiting to return to workshop.
During this process I put in a complaint, but had a response that ‘’we are not under any obligation to take the car back in and as it would cost us a lot of money to get it back through the system re advertised and resold etc which we would then need to pass that on to you and then you are paying lots of money’’.

Good Experience with Eclipse

The process was easy and they were friendly and helpful. The fixes on the vehicle that needed to be done were covered. I'm happy with the way things went.

I was impressed with the cleanliness of the dealership and the presentation of the vehicles, they were all immaculate. I dealt with Paul all the way through my purchase and he was very helpful and Professional and explained everything in detail, including the purchase of the extended warranty, which seems well worth the extra money.

Part exchanged a vehicle with this mob in October 2024. I have now had no less that TWO speeding summons from the court for a car I don't own anymore let alone have been possibly driving. Sales team very casual - got the impression money was all they cared about. Not worth the hassle. Asked them to rectofy the problem after the first court summons was incorrectly sent to me - was promised they would sort it out. Obviously not.

Contacted the dealership and asked to view one of their cars, explained my occupation and they catered to maybe driving it away same day it is required for transport for work immediately. They allowed us to test drive it and then made accomodations for it to be returned for MOT one month later. Drove away same day very happy with the car. I have noticed an issue with the car after one week and have contacted them and they are going to look into it at the same time as the MOT very polite. Even sent me a email detailing what they are going to do. All office very efficient polite and helpful

Nice friendly service from Paul. He helped me buy my car and was happy to correct a few minor bits on it. I was also given a good deal on my old car which I part exchanged.

Buying a car is always slightly stressful. I found the whole experience to be easy and straightforward thanks to Paul who managed the sale smoothly and straightforward. All my questions were answered. I feel I have confidence that I have a good car with after sales advice should I have any more questions.
