To be relieved of my timeshare after 2 1/2 years is a weight off my mind. I hadn't envisaged it would take so long. However I was assured by Steven John that it would happen, but as it was in the USA everything takes much longer. At times I did wonder if I'd been lured into a scam but was quickly reassured and I was kept constantly in touch. Emails were answered by return and phone calls responded to immediately. So in the final stages I can't thank ECC enough, in particular Steven, also Wendy who I have spoken to on more than one occasion. I now don't have to worry about my sons eventually having to take on the burden of huge maintenance bills!

I feel let down and extremely frustrated. I was lead to believe that once I filled out all my forms this would be sent to the Solicitors. However this has not been the case. I started my claim in November 2025. I was told they now need to do a subject to access request. It is now the end of February and they have only just sent me the form to fill out. They are yet to still return my paperwork I sent in November. They are asking me to fill out another questionnaire again which I have done twice already. But it's OK if you want to speak to them you will get there advanced AI where someone is just listening and typing in the background. I cant even speak to my case worker. No point having them. Save your money and just sell your van at a loss. Would still save more than wasting time with this lot.

As we approach the end of a lengthy court case and subsequent surrender of our timeshare accounts, we appreciate all the helpful support and advice we have received from the ECC team: Jack and Troy at the beginning; together with Wendy and Steven John as we close in on a conclusion.

Until we discovered ECC, achieving an acceptable exit from a timeshare arrangement had seemed to be as obscure as the industry we were trying to leave. However from the outset ECC were clear in their approach and with the assistance of Steven John, ECC helped us navigate a clean exit from our timeshare company - just awaiting the final paperwork... :-)

Direct contact with Justin Gilson who was able to expain what had changed and why. He also enabled me to navigate the refund process and speed things along when required. This direct support from a human being made the process less stressful and lead to a positive outcome.

Almost there, just waiting for the final legal documents.
The process has taken a number of years to resolve, this appears typical of USA timeshare compnies that put up every objection possible in the hope that one becomes fed up with the process and just continues to pay their ever increasing maintenance charges. However Steven led us through the process and Wendy helped in keeping things going. So hopefully here's to the final step.

Finally managed to unload my timeshare in Florida. It took time but I believe it was worth it. Questions and queries about the process were answered promptly by Stevan John. I’m glad I found ECC.

It's been a long, long road which I personally never believed could or would happen. Finally the noose has been released and free of the financial burden. Steven John has been instrumental in achieving this, many times I have questioned his judgement, but actually agree he was correct throughout this process. I actually met him in Spain during one of my "concerned" periods, he is totally professional and a workaholic!! Long live ECC with Steven John, not necessarily the cheapest, but definitely the best!! I am pleased to report that after signing up with ECC I am now finally free from my contract with a timeshare points company, there were times when I doubted if it would ever get done but we finally got the result mainly due to the efforts of Steven John and his team. After disappointment attempting to self exiting a Holiday Points Company ECCs Mr Steven John was appointed to take on the case. This Man promised and he delivered . Our first phone call was brief but assuring this man was not going to fail us. Today 23rd/Jan / 2026 we have received exit confirmation from the time share nightmare . He was our Man in shining armour . Steven is not one for idle chit chat but tenacious and devoted to his quest to release us from a very stressful event in our lives.
May we take this opportunity to also thank all the ECC staff who very professional steered us through the initial relinquishment case preparation but, very special thanks to Steven John who won closure. During this ordeal he was confident and competent throughout and was without doubt a key player in reaching a wonderful result.

Steven John has been tremendously helpful & supportive during the process of relinquishing our Diamond Resorts timeshare. He kept us informed of the legal issues & was available 24/7 to respond to our questions.
