I ordered Buffalo Wild Wings and checked my address three times before I placed the order. When my food said it was delivered I never received it. I had to call BWW to ask for the number to call because it only gave me an option to email. When I finally got ahold of eat street, I was on hold for 10 mins so they could get ahold of the driver. The driver said they left it at the buzzer door and I do not have a buzzer door. Regardless, the driver never called to let us know it was there. I will never be using this again it was a horrible experience and I ended up having to reorder my food and go pick it up.

Usually, I give a five-star except they have shown not to be recently and tonight has broken and left me starved, to give context I recently moved and have no kitchenware or car because it broke after moving to mineplace. My only way of food at the moment is work (food-related place) and delivery. I ordered a 20 dollar meal on the app and put my address in and waited it said it was believed looked out it wasn't. I checked and saw my address was not what I put in and it was all the way a crosstown. I called a friend to check the location near them and said it wasn't there. Went to eat street and they said because the drive sent it to the address on the order they could and would not refund but will give a coupon...I am no hungry without food and less of my hard-earned money. This place does not care about you Go Somewhere Else!!

I ordered from them at midnight for a place that closed at 2. Not only did they never deliver, they offered me 5 dollars to use only at their site, like I would ever use it again. Absolute Garbage. Why should I ever order from them again when they've shown they can't even be bothered to deliver on the first place? I spent 20 dollars on the order and they offered 5, which I foolishly took because I thought it was just late at first. So now I can't even follow up on the order because they dusted off their hands thinking they did a job well done.

Don't ever try them, just go through the myriad of other options.

I wish I could give them ZERO STARS! Every time I have a problem, either it takes forever to get here from only six blocks away or I get horrible STUPID drivers that can't read and deliver to the right address. There is NO EXCUSE for this level of poor service.

EatStreet makes it easy to place orders for pickup or delivery. There is no service charge for pick up. Menus are easy to read and orders are easy to modify.
The only gripe I have is that sometimes it shows that a restaurant is closed or not accepting orders and I know that the restaurant is open. Can't figure out why that would be.

I honestly don't know how to rate this, because it depends on the driver. But their terms and conditions have changed to them not being responsible for anything that happens--whether it’s your food or money stolen, or not delivering an item and food being spilled. This is the second time someone had spilled my food ALL OVER. I have dietary issues, so my food isn't cheap and I can't order again. So there goes my lunch and dinner.

I think eatstreet should go the way doordash does with sending pictures once the food has been dropped off and being able to rate the driver in the app. The drivers i’ve been getting are so careless and i’ve had just ha dead experiences with drivers and i wasn’t able to ever review them on it. kinda sucks.

On time and exactly as I had ordered.

It's always easy to order and have a wide selection to choose from. Delivery drivers have always delivered within the expected time frame, and food is in good condition when it arrives. My only complaint is that the automated text messages don't align with the actual food prep and delivery, for example, I'll receive the text that my food is out for delivery but it will have already been delivered several minutes ago (up to 15 minutes).

Quicker than promised delivery, food was hot and driver was polite. Overall great experience!

Sandwich was missing from order - resolution was to give me a refund of 25% which didn't even cover the cost of the sandwich

Worst service EVER! Yesterday, I decided to order subway through eatstreet, funny thing is, I never received my order! I go to check my account, and they charged me and an extra $5 for a tip! WHEN I NEVER RECIEVED ANY FOOD!!! Luckily, my bank is helping me sort of this issue but I will NEVER order through this service again.

I appreciate the free delivery, a nice perk. Order was correct and delivered in a timely manner.
