If I didn't love the quality of the restaurant and food, I wouldn't order again. The order (date and time) was wrong twice. Luckily the vendor was very forgiving of me, as the issue wax EatStreet's responsibility.

Ordered Thai’namite through Eat Street. Very efficient and fast.

Because in COVID times we cannot eat in restaurants now, I ordered my meal at a local restaurant through the EatStreet App, as I had done several times before. Drove to pickup food at the appointed time. No food. The manager said they had no order. So, she watched as I replaced the order, right outside the restaurant. She saw me click ORDER. She saw the acknowledgement on my cell phone. When I returned 40 minutes later. Still no food. They had not gotten the order, even though they cell service and WiFi were working inside, and GRUBHUB was coming and going getting orders. Still no food. So she took my order and I just waited in the parking lot. Finally got fed. Need more reliability in COVID times to get my orders done.

I have used eat Street many times they always deliver quickly, put the food where I asked them to put it, and are always friendly

Easy to use app. Lots of restaurant options. Great at rectifying problems.

The food from Cousins arrived earlier than requested, but we were both hungry anyway, so it didn't matter. The driver was VERY nice and courteous, and everything was delivered!

Love this service and how it targets more local restaurants. I only wish they had gift cards.

Not enough drivers, making terrible delivery estimates. Drivers are also not knowledgeable about the neighborhood which makes the delivery experience even more challenging…

Eatstreet number one did not pick up my food it'd been ready for 20 minutes in the restaurant then promise me your full refund which won't come for 5 days even though they charge you automatically and they still haven't got my food delivered in it's been an hour and the restaurant has 4 blocks away. I'd spoke to 2 customer service people they were both extremely rude I would not recommend ever using each street again for any kind of food delivery. They're not reliable hes doordash hes grubhub hes Uber eats but stay away from each street

Placed an order for a restaurant that said they were open and 50min for delivery, 30 min later eatstreet canceled my order! Will not use them again.

We've used EatStreet for a few years but lately they've been impossible to get a delivery from. They keep allowing you to place an order when they KNOW they have no drivers. Their chat help won't help at all. Today was the last straw: already 15 minutes late, I asked about my late order on chat and was told the driver was on the way to the restaurant, but 20 minutes later it was obvious that wasn't true, so I chatted a second time. This time I was told they had one driver who was 15 miles east of me, meaning he was in another town altogether, and it would be another 30 minutes or more before I got my food. I said this was unacceptable and all the chat guy did was tell me some "team" would have to refund me and he stopped talking. Not even an apology. It's been an hour and I never got a confirmation email on the refund and my order shows it's still "on the way."

Driver had my food in their car for almost 30 mins while they picked up a other customers order so it was cold by the time I recieved it. It should be made known to the customer if the food will not be coming straight from the restaurant to their home.

Didn’t get all the meals we ordered. When I reached out instead of working with me on sending out the missing meal they just refunded the one meal and refused to talk further. Had to go and pick up the meal myself which made using eatstreet that night pointless. Wouldn’t even refund my delivery fee. This company is a joke.

A reply to eatstreet’s reply. I most definitely have reached out to your customer service and I have not got anywhere with your customer service. They keep telling me I accepted a refund for the missing meal so now there is nothing more they can do. I didn’t accept a refund, I asked for the meal to be sent. I’m now asking for a further refund of at least the delivery fee since I had to go out and get the meal myself, making eatstreet useless that night. Customer service is no longer replying to my email.

Eat Street cancelled my order ten minutes after it was placed. There was no explanation why it was cancelled. I called the restaurant (Edessa Restaurant) and they were open. I placed the order over the phone and picked up the order myself. I WILL NOT USE EATSTREET AGAIN.

ETA when order placed: 30 minutes. Actual arrival time: 53 minutes. Hot sandwich was lukewarm and texture was like it'd been sitting under a heat lamp.

At 7:38pm on Saturday August 28th I placed an order for delivery to xxxxxxxxxxx which is
my daughters home as we were house sitting for them as they were out of town.
This order was placed for Los Banditos Restaurant in Green Bay, I placed the order for immediate delivery,
I have never used this service before, upon placing the delivery order I noticed that it said that the delivery would be
done on Sunday August 29 at 12pm. I did all I could to research how to stop and cancel the order, but could not figure out how to.
My wife and I then drove to Los Banditos to explain the situation to them. They stated that they were very busy at that time
and were not taking any more delivery orders and that the service automatically defaults to delivery for the next day. They
took our information and said that they would cancel the order. My daughter returned home on Sunday August 29th in the
afternoon and found the delivery on her front porch. The delivery was under the name Barb xxxxxxxx, 920 471xxxx
The delivery order number was 29383766. I never received an email or text as well. Obviously this was my first
experience in using this service , I took every step I could , including driving to the restaurant, to cancel this order
and I am very dissatisfied with my experience and am requesting that my purchase be refunded back to my credit card. I contacted eat street customer service as instructed and got no return reply. Really disappointing that communication and customer service is so poor.

Horrible, food always take WAY long then the estimated time, if it says 25-30 mins expect over a hour, half the time the food is cold too. 👍 seriously just want food delivery like what it’s supposed to be.

Worst ever! I ordered Pizza Shuttle. Received an email confirmation that my order was received and a delivery time. Called Pizza Shuttle to pay with my debt card. A few moments later I got an email from Eat Street that they were cancelling my order because the restaurant was closed! Seems pretty funny when I just got off the phone with them. I will never use Eat Street again. I’ll stick with Door Dash!
