It's been a while, so I don't remember details, but I do remember a blazingly fast and pleasant delivery experience.

Easy to order, fast and easy delivery.

Use them frequently and have never had a problem. Have always received food in a timely manner and generally it is hot or warm (have never had to rewarm food). Would like to know how delivery drivers are compensated as I feel obligated to tip them after having tipped the restaurant. This gets to be expensive.

Service is good except for when they mess up your food or forget it and the only thing they do is offer three dollars off your next order which is nice don’t get me wrong but when I order I order for my kids and babysitter. Needs to be something where they can go back and get the right product. Also, when there are multiple orders I notice my food is soggy and tossed around from it being in a seat.

This is a fantastic service! Great food delivered to my door with no contact! Love 💕 and will continue to use!

My hamburger was not cooked to specification and the food was cold.

Literally standing in line 1 hour after Eatstreet told me my order was ready for pick up. They said they never received my order even though I paid via Google Pay. This was the first and last time I'll be using this service.

Very unreliable service. Delivery never occurred. My order was delivered to some other location. Somebody received free food. Never use this service again. Best to use the restaurant delivery service rather than third party.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. My order never arrived so I contacted them. It took a good half hour or more for them to contact the delivery team, to which they just replied that the driver delivered it to my address. Obviously, they did not. The driver must not have had the common sense to double check the address, as there are slightly similar street names near my address with the same number. My house number is clearly marked and it is not a long street, I would expect anyone to be intelligent enough to look up at the street sign to see where they are. All Eatstreet said was that they won't resend the order and I can get a refund in 2-5 business days. My first time ordering through them and I will certainly never order again. I only feel bad for the restaurants that inevitably get a bad rap for everything wrong with deliveries (which i have heard others have similar experiences) when they have nothing to do with the order after it leaves their restaurant.

Ordered from here tonight, get a call from the restaurant stating they had no one assigned to pick it up. So we had to pick it up. Ordered out a few weeks ago from EatStreet spent $100 and only got $30 (apps & desert no entrees) of the order and no one came to bring us the other part and the restaurant closed before we could pick it up so we had to go get other food too. Don’t order from here! You’ll spend extra to just end up getting it yourself or not getting it at all.

We ordered at 805 pm. On the app, it said 35 minutes. 845 pm it said it was picked up by Nichole. 9pm is said it was picked up by Tonya. I chatted with 3 different people and they kept saying it was getting later and later. Finally I called the restaurant and they never received an order, and it was never picked up. 945pm they finally canceled the order...now we're hungry and pissed off.

It’s super easy. These online ways to order became my fave about 2026-2018 and I def order more from restaurants that use online platforms such as this. Easy and I feel more in-control.

I already gave a review on this now 2 month old purchase, and i don’t remember it being good. Your online ad for free delivery was rejected because I had made a previous purchase. So then why the heck do you send this ad to previous customers? What a scam. But I paid the delivery fee anyway because I was basically done entering the order and I was hungry. But never again!

I ordered food for my employees to be delivered. Turns out they had no driver available and canceled my order. I called back and reordered as I was able to go have someone pick it up, but I was disappointed.

My order never arrived. The customer service rep I communicated with insisted I check my door again because the delivery driver said they left it. Clearly they left it at the wrong apartment. It was insulting and I felt like they didn’t listen to me as a customer. Very disappointing! They never offered to send a new delivery even. I canceled my account and will be using other services.
