First of all I would like to say I am a very hard person to please but when I say I am absolutely in love with my leaded windows that is an understatement. From the moment mo came to the time the windows were installed has been an absolute dream process. Everything was clearly explained, nothing was too much hard work for this brilliant team. Emma is an absolute angel she had the patient of a saint she is very very knowledgeable and knows her stuff she is very thorough and precise in her work, the whole team goes above and beyond to accommodate you. Nothing is too much for this brilliant team I can not recommend these guys to you enough they have honestly blown me away with their customer care their after sales their commitment to delivering the absolute best and the end results are outstanding . The precision by which the fitting is done is second to none . The detailed finishing is brilliant and all credit goes to Anthony and his team they are the best in what they do and not only are they professional in everything they are an absolute joy to have around the house. They clean and tidy up after each day leaving your house clean and tidy. Mo is on hand to answer any query and accomodates your every need. Emma is on the end of the phone giving 1000% to make your dreams a reality and works and achieves the deadlines. I could rave about Eaton homes and the team non stop bcz I truly am amazed at how brilliant every member of the team is. This company is like no other and if I am blown away by them then you can safely say that if your looking to get windows then then look no further as Eaton windows are the no 1 company for me and always will be. We had a quote from Eaton Home Improvements and Mo was fantastic! He was so helpful and courteous and helped us pick our style and requirements. We had all our windows and doors replaced and the customer service from start to finish was impeccable from both Mo and Emma.

The fitting team were also first class. Matt and Stu were very professional and helpful, they did a great job. They went above and beyond and even refitted our blinds for us to the new windows. They respected our home and cleaned up everyday and even removed some other rubbish we had in the garden from another job. Don't get many tradesmen like these guys anymore, so very pleased.

All documentation and FENSA registration was done by the team and sent to me via post and email.

Hooray!! Just had my old porch windows and door replaced this week! After a year-long battle with some big company on a separate project, I had lost confidence there was any trustworthy building company that could do a job without a 'fight' So, I embarked on the search for builders for my porch with a high level of skepticism. I had received quotes from three companies after some long sales spiels but when I contacted Eaton Homes Improvements, I was so impressed by the company rep's knowledgeable and professional advice on every aspect of the installation, from material to colour and design, for an informed choice. Well, the work’s been completed and the porch looks stunning! The quality of installation and material are worthy every penny - people are commenting! Thank you team at Eaton Homes. Excellent communication, fantastic customer service with regular updates at every stage of the process from start to finish. And thank you for delivering within the advised timelines! I found Eaton to have fair pricing but what sets them apart is their outstanding fitting, and after sales service. I used them for my doors and was impressed enough to let them do my windows. Matthias is an excellent fitter. Moh is family oriented non pushy sales director and Emma has lovely after care service, a delight to deal with.

Okay so Eaton sent their Rep namely Zahid who was professional and well versed. He did a very very good in explaining the technical details of what goes into a high quality window as opposed to cheaper options. It was the features he pointed out that threw me back. After measurements he went through each window design explaining cost factors involved. Very helpful to understand how each window can vary in price. After his calculations he quickly gave a final price, which also surprised me and I didn’t hesitate to shake his hand. After signing the contract, the company rang to book the survey to finalise my requirements. All very timely and professional I must add. Some 4 weeks later I was given an installation date and they came round any fitted the front of the house in one day. The fitters namely Matt and Stuart we’re excellent and confidently made it all look so easy. Great job well done to Eaton, thanks again.

Whilst renovating a couple of old farm buildings, we have had issues with other window and door companies and been let down badly. However, the service we have received from Eaton was excellent and prompt. We are very happy with the quality and the service we have had. We had several windows and a front porch door fitted by Eaton Home Improvements. Their quote was very competitive. The level of detail provided by the sales consultant was just about right. With respect to the fitting and installation, we were pleased with the excellent workmanship shown throughout; a special shout-out goes to Anthony whose eye for detail and fit and finish was superb.

Im glad that I chose Eaton, after a chat about quality, options, measure up and E mail with a price same day. No stupidity of drastically dropping the price days later. 
Survey was thorough and the installation was brilliant. Each day I came home and my house was immaculate. All in all though great service and great quality. 1 day after installation I've had my neighbours and builders comment on fantastic workmanship and the quality of products. Thank you eaton

After much shopping around to collect quotes and make comparisons on service levels, I found Eaton Home Improvements to be the most amicable, competitive and helpful. I chose to have light grey flat wooden looking windows in flash grey.  My windows have been beautifully fitted and look very expensive. They appear very high quality enhancing the appeal of my property. I would highly recommend Eaton Home Improvements. The customer service was friendly but the fitting was the icing on the cake.

I've just had a brand new composite door and side windows installed by Eatonhome improvements, from start to finish the entire experience was first class.

Emma was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in helping us choose the best door for our needs in terms of security and retaining the aesthetic of our home.

The fitters arrived on time as promised and were incredibly polite and professional, leaving not a trace of mess anywhere inside or outside of the house.

I would highly recommend Eatonhome improvements and will be contacting them again in the future for more improvements on my home.

An easy experience from start to finish.
Such a lovely team of professionals Anthony and Mahreen that were always available to answer any queries. The friendly fitters Alex and stu were brilliant and got on with the plan of the day. They knew exactly what they were doing and hoovered after themselves. Our job was a fairly large one in two parts, for the existing part of our home and our new extension. Both sets of windows white to the back and grey to the front seem high quality transforming the look to our property

You make one search on Google and 10 companies contact you. We went with Eaton by chance and because the chap was straightforward. We had our doubts, the price and quality seemed quite reasonable. We wanted to be sure that we’d get the exact as the sample we had been shown. We were re assured of this by photos of their windows being delivered to their local warehouse and delivery descriptions. We had the front windows first then decided on white for the back of house instead of dark grey. The best is yet to come, the two fitters were a complete dream. They removed old with new in a tidy and quick manner. The resulting little mess was cleared along the way. We were invited to ask questions and complete checks at inspection. Our experience with Eaton Home has been the very best.

I have been happy with my dealings with Eaton. The initial visit from the rep who was a complete gentleman was followed by a survey, the actual installation and inspection of. All very thorough, very professional yet casual and friendly. I was kept in touch with regular emails and texts as requested. My windows and sky light have been fitted perfectly with no signs of disturbance to my wall, ceiling or tiles. There is a marked reduction in exterior noise pollution and significant increase in heat retention, which was not expected as we had A rated windows before from another company. Quite impressed with EHI.

We have found Eaton Home Improvements to be an excellent company. They have been easy to work with, with all of our questions and asks responded to quickly and catered for. They have fitted my two doors and 2 windows to an excellent standard, leaving no debris or trail behind. I recommend this company for their quality items, service and fitting.
