Eaton have installed a new roofline to my property. This includes new black pvc soffits, fascia's and square guttering. On their allocated arrival, I was a little apprehensive to find just the two fitters Anthony and Stu as their rep said it was a days job. Thankfully it was a days job. The fitters worked swiftly. They were considerate in stacking up and covering up the old guttering and messy contents to take away. The scaffolding took no time at all to come down the following days after. I’m impressed with the work carried out. My roofline looks improved and newer. Don’t hesitate to get a quote from Eaton Home improvements. They are a reliable company with quality professionals.

Eaton installed a door to the back of my home. We needed the glass to be partitioned in a certain proportion. A couple of companies had let us down unable to supply the glass element of the door. Along came Eaton, a few video calls and a week later Eaton Home were able to source the door for us at a reasonable price. The surveyor came the next day. As promised the door has been designed to my exact specifications. So far the quality of the door and installation seems fine. The door handle functions and locks smoothly. Three keys were given to us but we have asked the company to order us two more.

On the day of the fit everything went to plan with no pitfalls.I am sure that I chose the right window company. The Eaton salesman was experienced and knowledgeable. Eatons quotes were still less than than a top end national company’s quote that had been reduced by half.
We weren’t sure whether we should go with the renowned company’s halved quote or Eaton with their basic quote that was still cheaper. We chose Eaton because of our budget and the time they gave us. You will be happy with their windows and attentive service.

Very good windows great work. The price was reasonable and when they came to install they took 2 days to complete and the finished job was was so clean and polished. We love the new windows and the house looks fantastic. The grey goes really well I love walking up to the house and admiring the new windows.

We had quotes from both local and national companies. We are glad we decided on Eaton Home Improvements. The salesmen didn’t come across as a salesman. He was able to pin point and ask me the questions I had in mind to ask before I needed to ask. This made me confident and at ease that my installation will be done properly. I wasn’t confident to make a choice from who we had seen because of the two different price ends quoted. Then I contacted eaton from a flyer to get a price but not to go with them as I hadn’t heard of them but just to see what they come out with to compare. I’m so glad I called eaton because the person on the phone was so interesting and informative that I knew my job was going to be done to perfection.
4 weeks after the survey Eaton have done a beautiful job and the quality of the windows is something I thought I couldn’t afford to have. Work is seamless as though the new windows have always been there and as though the old bricks were made around the windows. Didn’t realise how good having the windows done would make me feel.

After missing out on going with eaton home improvements for my doors the first time (we chose a local company for our uPVC doors over eaton which have been fitted poorly) we contacted eaton to supply and fit our windows. The service up to installation of my windows and right from the quotation to now has been faultless. The fitters were just brilliant, they even rectified the hinge adjustments to my doors that the other company couldn’t sort out. eaton explained everything along the way and were very courteous and mindful. Having given a 5 star review back in December i have been let down by this company. Having dialogues with Emma since November been told basically i am a lier. In November Zaman came and gave us a quote which another company were able to match. I mentioned this to Emma when she called me and she rang me back saying that she had spoken to the director and could also do it at this price but i would have to sign a disclosure and not mention the price quoted to me to others. When it has come to having the windows fitted i have been told that the price i was given wasn't what they had quoted me in other words i was making it up and they did not have it written anywhere. I am very upset and angry with this company as i have been called a lier and know 100 percent what i was quoted they have wasted my time.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We can understand from your words that you are deeply upset and we are sincerely sorry for you feeling this way. After our initial visit to your home, we had discussions in November 2021 for your windows and offered verbal quotes for your windows/doors subject to survey. These different quote combinations were based on what you wanted at that time as you weren’t sure whether you wanted windows only to the front or back and/a door or what type of door.
At that time in response to our verbal quotes on different door and window design options and combinations, you replied, that in your words we had been “Gazumped” by another company on our window price. You asked that you had other works to be done to your home with respects to your front porch/door area and that because you appreciated our professionalism, whether we could reduce the quote to match what you had been quoted. A small discount off the total amount from the windows without door quotation was authorised which we were happy to hold for you once you were ready to go ahead having decided exactly what you wanted.
We offered this discount based on you wanting another quote for your porch/door in the future. We consider discounts for our existing customers, why not help our potential or new customers in the first place? Over the period of November and December, unfortunately due to your own unforeseen circumstances that you mentioned to us, you wanted to delay any appointments with us or further discussions in relation to your design solutions and respective quotations until after the new year 2022.
No email, text quotation could ever be emailed to you as we were still in discussion over the quantity of window frames, their colour/design and whether you wanted a double door. At no point did we stop other quotes from being sought, but yes we did agree a fixed discount, which we are still willing to honour today.
You have mentioned in your review “that when it came to the fitting” we let you down. Prior to any fitting there has to be a legal and fair process. After the initial welcome call, this includes; A face to face or zoom appointment (if preferred) based on our treating customers fairly policy, followed by a formal email quotation from head office to ensure record of actual sent quotations. Once the email quote is accepted, an appointment to sign a contract agreement is booked at the customers convenience followed by a professional survey. None of these processes ever took place.
We are pleased that over this time as per your first review for us, we have been able to offer helpful and informative guidance on building regulations to be able to advise you on the best money saving door design options for you to allow you to seek other quotations from other companies. We also explained the Glazing Industry related accreditations to help you recognise a company that could offer the respective guarantees/warrantees.
Most importantly however, Mrs Saghir, we are extremely saddened that you feel upset and angry. This is not what we would have wanted, our humblest of apologies. We are sorry that the prices we had discussed for the windows that you wanted at that time was not the figure you wanted especially as quantities etc had not been determined. We had made a note in our management system of the exact amount we could discount with respects to you having other works done, this discount still remains open for you.
At Eaton Home Improvements, we only offer accurate and fair pricing as per our policies and reviews. Any discounts are meticulously recorded under categories such as Recommendations, Friends/Family discounts or under Acquisitions for example.
The price you have now mentioned that you want your installation to be at is regrettably not viable for us and certainly not fair in what we have offered our other customers in the past or now. Ms Saghir Bibi, we are not sure, whether you are aware, but by our platform rights we could remove this review based on Trust Pilot guidance for writing reviews and violation of. However, we do not wish to do this as we believe that you should still have the satisfaction and rights to voice your opinion/feedback.
We are proud to state that we have never and would never contemplate on removing a review. Furthermore, in replying to your review we are hoping that this explanation will offer you some peace of mind, sincerity and respect from our side. We really are sorry that we couldn’t accept the price at which you wanted us to install for you, we still hold the agreed discount and welcome contact from you any time.

A Brilliant and trustworthy window company! Our windows look very high end !!!! Eaton Home Improvements installed all the windows to our new home. The fitters worked hard to remove the rotten wooden frames and install our new windows all in a day.
We got the back door and side window done first but we were so impressed by their service and how Eaton were able to get us the exact specific door we wanted that could still be A rated but cheaper than other prices we were quoted.
We weren’t sure about the style of windows at first that we wanted, but then we opted for a combination of sash and french windows with gold handles. The finish of the work is proper pucker. The quality is obvious and speaks for itself. We are so glad we chose Eaton Home Improvements despite the week longer wait. Very happy customers. Hats off to you guys!!!

Front and back doors.
After a couple of unforeseen blips either side of Christmas/new year my back and front doors were fitted this week. The doors seem to be of good quality and have been installed well. They are less than a week old so still very new. The people at Eaton home improvements kept me fully informed from ordering and during the manufacture and delivery and I think both doors were competitively priced.

Apart from a fitting date which was moved back because the team were covid positive on the day everything ran smoothly. The service and quality of the windows are excellent. I know we’ve bagged quality at a great price. The windows are so much sturdier than what we had before and the house is already much warmer so we don’t need to put on the heating at night .We now await the fitting of our front door on Jan 21st.
