Never again
First time customer and I will not use them again. Issues I had:
- Eight days from order to delivery, far worse than competition, and no indication of dispatch date until the order was shipped
- I ordered two sets of aluminium plates but received acrylic, without a word of explanation
- Ultimately got a one-liner response saying aluminium had been out of stock so they sent me acrylic instead, and I should return them if I wanted a refund. (Response 15 days after placing the order and only after I chased)
- No mention of material shortage at any time, or confirmation it was OK to use a different material
- Oh, and they have a phone number but all you get is a voice message that they are not taking calls.
I will probably send these plates back (just to recover some of the funds). In my book, it really takes a lot to get the order so wrong. For acrylic ones, I could have gone to local Halfords without the palaver.

Probably a scam
Probably a scam. DO NOT buy from them!
I paid for 48 hour delivery and got nothing. No confirmation email (other than payment confirmation), no tracking info or anything. Tried to call, they do not take calls. Tried to message and they are no longer responding.
Documents have been sent in as instructed
DO NOT BUY!

Over promised and under delivered.
Or in this case not delivered at all! 2 weeks after giving my information and still not sent!
Be honest and say it will take 2 weeks to manufacture + delivery and people won't get stressed out.
Failing to manage expectations to this extent makes me wonder if they are a legitimate company and personal details are safe.
Needless to say, I'll be telling people to avoid unless they can turn around people's orders or refund in good faith.

Have used Easyplates on 4 occasions now and very happy with plates supplied. I have used both gel 3d and 4d plates and have all lasted very well without problems. Professional and prompt service at competitive prices. I have also purchased self adhesive sticky tabs to bind plates as don’t like screws as spoke the plates in my opinion so recommend buying sticky tabs also.

WEBSITE LOOKS OK BUT HAS FAKE INFORMATION
1. Although he displays PayPal, and other ways of paying you are not able to pay that way. ( BUSINESS IS LOCATED WITH ADDRESS ADVERTISED ONLINE FOR CUSTOMERS TO COLLECT) You could pop to the rear of the BUSINESS PREMISES Located AS ADVERTISED!!, where he operates and collect your plates.
2. This man is uncontactable apart from what’s app AND (PERSONAL VIST)home/business Address , no other forms of contact including NO CONTACT NUMBER
3. WILL COMMUNICATE WELL UNTIL PAYMENT HAS BEEN TAKEN FROM YOU, then any further questions from there or cryptic?
4. He will delay confirmation email of your PAYMENT (if you receive it after asking several times)
5. YOU WILL NEVER RECEIVE YOUR TRACKING NUMBER. Falsely advertises delivery options.
Ever wondered why there’s no reviews on his Facebook page? He removes all feedback hence why his Facebook has none for such a so-called big business.
6. Let’s wait to hear the bull 💩 reply back now, don’t bother with your “contact us we look into it” it’s just you and your little outhouse outside the back garden..There’s nothing you can reply to, do you really think people reading the reviews are going to Believe your replies to other people on here,

Dear Ms Gaz (if that even is your name)
Thank you for your colorful review. It seems there are several misunderstandings and inaccuracies that I'd like to address to clear up any confusion for our valued customers.
Payment Methods: We proudly offer multiple payment options, including PayPal, Klarna & card payment. Many satisfied customers have successfully used these methods without issue. If you encountered a problem we're always ready to resolve if brought to our attention.
Business Location: Your description of our operating location is quite imaginative. However, we run a legitimate business from a professional premises, not from a backyard shed. Our address is openly listed for transparency and for the convenience of local customers who wish to pick up their orders. If you want to pay me a visit in person come through, you will be greeted by a few lovely faces ;)
Contact Methods: Contrary to your claim, we provide multiple ways to contact us, including email, WhatsApp, and through our website. Our contact number is also available for customer inquiries. We strive to be reachable and responsive.
Communication and Tracking: We always send confirmation emails and tracking numbers promptly. If you did not receive yours, it could be due to an error in the email provided or a technical issue, both of which we're more than happy to investigate and resolve.
Social Media Reviews: We encourage all feedback on our Facebook page and do not remove negative reviews. Transparency and customer trust are cornerstones of our business philosophy. We welcome constructive criticism to improve our services.
Further Communication: Your approach and tone are rather hostile and unhelpful. We believe in addressing customer concerns respectfully and professionally. Personal visits to our business address are unnecessary and unwelcome as they can be disruptive.
We appreciate feedback that helps us grow and improve. However, unfounded accusations and threats do not contribute constructively. For any genuine concerns, please contact us directly.

Shambles
Ordered 21st April nit even had order confirmation total silence
I made contact 29th and was told 48 hours plates would be with me
Today 4 days later I have asked for another update and the response was how cam we help you 🤣
Customer does not does not exist
Poor company
Poor communication
Poor turn around
Over all a shambles
Missed my sons birthday he now has a car he can't drive as I changed the plates ready for his new one arriving
Disappointed is an under statement 😕
Update
I spoke to Ahmed
Who informed me he would try to get the plates posted today
And would look to give a part refund
I Said it will be a full refund as you have not forfilled the terms of the order
I then asked if you do refund I dint want to have to wait days for my money Ahmed told me he can refund instantly and I would not have to wait
Next thing a refund email lines to me and guess what I have to wait 7 business days with the bank holiday that will be at least 15 days from now
I recorded the conversation and I'm happy to share this man lieing to a distressed customer

Private plates for wife's 40th
Daughter orderd number plates for wife's 40th. She orderd them a week before her birthday and it's taken a week and half for them to get here. My daughter even payed for fast delivery. The plates arrived way after her birthday and they are not even to the spec we order we wanted 3d plates and these are in 2d. Daughter now raising case to PayPal. We have tried calling and emailing regarding the plates and get no reply. Very poor service not recommended
My daughter has emailed back this company several times and now raised PayPal dispute they are now advising that we did not order what we asked for even though when we put through what we got it would of cost a lot less. Shower of crooks avoid! And they have not tried contacting me
