Great company to deal with
Great company to deal with. Firstly, they were the ONLY number plate company that actually picked up the phone! Very quick service, unfortunately one of the plates was wrong through no fault of their own (their supplier) but no issue, no quibble immediate refund for that plate. I would use them again and highly recommend.

Brought some show plates for my boyfriend as a present. I messaged this company via Facebook and asked them a few questions regarding what I want / how I would like them to be. They messaged me in no time and guided me on what to do. I purchased my plates and within 3 days they arrived. The company even messaged me to see how they was and if delivery was okay, which is rare! I picked them up today and I couldn’t be more happier :)

Sent the number plates to wrong address, I checked the address I gave them and it was correct, and they clearly just took the post code and looked up another address and sent the to some else, contacted them and no reply. Gave them a few days to respond, after a lot of asking about I managed to find the plates at another house, , what a waste of time, would not be so bad if they at least replied to me,

Hi Tim,
We’re really sorry to hear about the inconvenience caused with the delivery of your number plates.
We can see that you had provided the correct address and appreciate how frustrating it must have been to spend time trying to locate the parcel. We’ve assisted wherever possible from our side, and once an issue occurs with a courier delivery, we always do our best to help get things resolved as quickly as we can.
We can also see that you were already in contact with the courier regarding arranging redelivery, and we’re pleased you were eventually able to locate the plates.
We completely appreciate that this was a frustrating experience, particularly given the time involved, and we’re sorry that the delivery didn’t go as smoothly as it should have. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

Highly recommend easy number plates..
Highly recommend easy number plates... 5 stars just isn't enough to express how happy I am right now with my new plates!!! I was super fussy as wanting to keep the styles of my old plate as they were my mates who nissan sadly no longer here and these guys smashed it.. one of the only number plate companies that listened and allowed for both a boarder and a slogan more than 20 characters.. they answered all my queries kept me updated and delivery was fast with DPD tracking available. If your thinking about a new set of plates this is without a doubt the best company and you can message direct through watts app with quick response times. Thank you easy number plates I know my mate would be so happy thank you

Hi Fahad
We’re sorry you feel this way, but your review is both inaccurate and misleading.
You were issued a full refund, which is a fair and appropriate resolution. We do not withhold customer funds, and we have clear records of all communication and actions taken.
We also want to be clear, racially abusing our staff over WhatsApp messenger is not something we will tolerate within the organisation.

Not the best experience
Not the best experience. Order placed was easy enough for an aluminium number plate however a plastic number plate was sent, I advised them straight away a was told a replacement would be sent when stocks of aluminium came in which would be a few days which was fine. After chasing and chasing was advised stocks had just come in and would be sent out next day. Next day came and went chased again and was told they would follow up and give me an update., several days later no update and chased again to which I asked for a full refund which was processed straight away

Hi Jason,
Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We’re genuinely sorry that your experience didn’t meet the standard we aim to provide.
Unfortunately, due to an unexpected delay with our aluminium plate stock, we were unable to fulfil your order as originally planned. We completely understand your frustration with the delays and the lack of timely updates while you were waiting. That’s not the level of communication or service we strive to deliver.
As requested, we processed your refund immediately, but we appreciate that this doesn’t make up for the inconvenience caused.
We’ve since reviewed our stock management and communication processes to help prevent similar situations in the future. We hope you’ll consider giving Easy Number Plates another opportunity to provide the level of service we’re known for.
Kind regards,

My new plates
I'd checked out a few number plate suppliers and these guys had far the best selection. I had loads of advice and help over WhatsApp messages, which was great. I ended up choosing two different style plates to suit the front and rear of my vehicle. The prices are very competitive too. I'll go straight back to ENP now and not waste time comparing with other companies. 5 star.

I ordered plates 3 weeks ago, no communicate from them after a few emails sending documents. No return call after leaving message on answering machine. I got ahold of them on whatsapp, I was told last week they would be 2-3 day and still nothing, no tracking or anything. I got a refund with no apology about the plates. Absolute Joke!!

Hi Martin,
We’re sorry for the frustration caused and for how this experience came across.
The delay was due to courier disruption and significant backlogs during the Christmas period, which unfortunately impacted deliveries and tracking updates beyond our control. This should have been explained more clearly at the time, and we apologise for the lack of proactive communication while this was ongoing.
Once it became clear that the courier delays were not resolving quickly enough, a full refund was issued immediately. We appreciate this situation was disappointing and not the service you expected.
Thank you for your feedback — it helps us review courier performance during peak periods and improve how we communicate with customers in future.
Kind regards
