So Far everything has worked the way it has been presented to me. I did have an issue with having my line buried in the yard. It took about 2 weeks to get the yard done. But everyone was very helpful getting it done. But it did take about two weeks

The person to person interaction was great!

The service constantly goes down and it's out sometimes for more than 24 hours before it comes back up. Customer service is based out of India and it takes almost 30 mins get someone on the phone. We are moving on to a new service provider soon.

Service is fast and reliable.

Ripple fiber is fast! I live in a pretty big building and my neighbors can see my signal. I can see my signal at the ice cream shop down the street. Love it.

I have had this company hired for both my business and residential. First, my business that he lined into the practice and made me wait for the whole damn 4 hour wait window. Promise we are not going to be like the other guys. Only to wait and no show. Grrrrrrr. The response was we are only residential. One week later, just kidding we can do business now....Second incidence at my home and they dug up three areas in our yard and the mailbox sank in as a result. Response: I am sorry we cannot find the tie ins or the junction box for the lines that we laid. Good luck we cannot provide service. I mean you had one job. Stupid

So far , we don't have outages every time it gets windy. I really wish that it was cheaper.Because times are so tough for everybody and other companies have internet for cheaper right now and I think you should take care of your existing customers. I have been your customer before you are ripple fiber

Continual internet issues. Always down and never offers any compensation for loss of use. 2 weeks in a row now for hours lost.

The install required some tech support to show up. He was timely knowledgeable and his work was what I needed. They have since swapped out all the modem hardware which was ready enough for me to get it going myself.

Our whole neighborhood had fiber cables installed at once. much faster than Spectrum and cheaper too.
