First time using EasyGates, having found backup batteries with built-in chargers for my garage doors on their website.

Liftmaster Gate Openers
We have been very pleased with our dealings with this company and I must say our previous Liftmaster gate openers installed in 2009 have lasted very well (with some spare parts from Easygates).

Purchase of Chamberlain ML700EVGB garage door controller.
I recently purchased a Chamberlain ML700EVGB garage door control unit from Easygates and was delighted with every aspect of this transaction.
I firstly contacted this company and enquired about suitability of this unit for my needs and was given great advice by Becky.
After checking this unit was suitable I ordered the unit and collected and paid the following day.

Excellent sales however Technical was poor
Excellent sales however, I called for technical support as I have two garage doors and wanted advice on programming a second button.
Technical support rang me back and took me through the programmings steps and with in a few minutes it was up and running.

A Marvellous Company
If you want excellent after sales, purchase from this company. They always respond to all forms of communication, answering the phone, ringing back and email replies. Aiden, in particular, was immensely helpful. If I ever need to buy products they supply in the future, I will not hesitate at all.
