Fabulous Service
We bought a house with an older version electric garage door but no remote fobs. I found Easygate on Google and gave them a call. I spoke to a lady on the phone (possibly Milly) who wasn’t sure which one we’d need, so would check with the technical side and could I send images of the unit, which I did. Within a few minutes I’d had an email back advising which receiver and fobs I’d need. Ordered straight away and they were delivered the next day. All fitted and working. Absolutely over the moon that for £99 I got the garage door working again via remote control. Milly was amazing with the speed in which she worked and her help. Without it I would have been lost, so thanks Milly for your help, you’re certainly an asset to the company. Would most definitely recommend Easygates.

Easygates are usually very helpful
Easygates are usually very helpful, however on this occasion I had to buy a new circuit board and radio card and was assured it would be compatible with the gate sensors. It wasn't, which meant more money and more call outs to the gate installation company

Informative and Friendly…
The consultant I spoke to was friendly and informative and recommended a replacement garage door operating system for a 15 year old Chamberlain system which had stopped working, for which spares, naturally, were no longer available. The new system was competitively priced and was delivered the following from after ordering. I have installed the new system, following the very comprehensive and clear instructions and it is working very smoothly and very quietly compared to the old system.
