The remote control I was sent originally was the wrong one, so had to be replaced, but apart from that service was very good. The lady who dealt with the exchange was very helpful.

Great customer service
Great customer service. After installing my sliding gate which unfortunately I bought from a different company, I discovered I had a defective gate motor. I had great help in finding an exact match to my installation and great guidance on the whole process! Big thanks to Joe!

Impressed!
I was impressed that the website offered me a cheaper alternative to the product I was searching for (remote control for garage door). In the event I purchased both products, in order to keep one as a spare. To Easygates credit, the cheaper product seems to be a better quality.
Also, the website was relatively easy to use and the delivery was prompt.
