After sales service.

I have dealt with David recently to help me sort out my gate slowing on opening, stopping and then closing. He stepped me through a simple identification procedure over the phone, then set up the gate to work without a hitch. Service from him was exemplary, highly recommended.

When I had a difficulty I phoned your after sales service.

When I had a difficulty I phoned your after sales service and to my amazement you, answered and then gave me comprehensive and clear instructions on how to install the key board. The manufacturer's instruction didn't work but your employee's did, very easily.
Sad to say such good service is rare.

Excellent service, delivered quickly and instructions were easy to follow.
It’s great having a garage door opener that works! EasyGates are so helpful and easy to deal with. Highly recommend.

Went above and beyond to help.

Had trouble setting up a canopy door opener, got in touch with easy gates and Becky was more then helpful in getting the information I needed to get it working right. Couldn't recommend them enough would give more then 5 stars if possible.

Couldn’t be happier with Easygates

I was skeptical at ordering a replacement garage door opener, as I was unsure on the make/model required. However, Easygates had one that looked similar and I thought I’d take a chance. It was well worth it, my replacement arrived, super easy to program and worked first time. I couldn’t be happier with Easygates.
