Today my experience with Easygates and their NICE underground electric gates system has been top-notch! Losing a quick start handbook could be frustrating, but Ben’s assistance seems to have made all the difference. His patient and thorough support, especially for something as important as a keypad code change, speaks volumes about the customer service Easygates provides. Superfast service.
Garage remote failed after 20 years of use. Wednesday night, started googling, found Easygates (t/a Amourelle Products). Their website even directed me to an alternative model for my now obsolete remote. By Friday lunchtime, I had the new remote in my hand along with the included programming instructions. Superfast 24 hour delivery. Excellent service.
