Do not use this company they are not honourable, I purchased a gate opener from them at a cost £435 it failed after ten days. My engineer removed it and contacted their technical dept and they instructed him to dismantle the gearbox which he did and found that the gear on the motor shaft had two grub screws which had not been tightened consequently no drive. I sent them his bill which was only £180 as they had supplied a faulty product. They have refused to pay and after a lot of wriggling have offered me £90. from a company of this size I find this utterly pathetic. The man in the office has spent most of today arguing the hind legs of a Donkey.

EasyGates delivered on time and with full instructions. They are also good with technical help on the telephone if required.

When the 24 year old remote for my garage doors failed without any replacements on the existing frequency being available I received good advice from Ben and Michael on how to fit a replacement transmitter and receiver on a now used frequency. Items received and fitted next day and all is now working again. Well pleased!

Catalogue of errors from start to finish. Having placed an order for Nice gate opener with photocell posts, I received my order minus the posts with no explanation. I phoned after a week to be told they would be sent the next day, having not received them again, I rang again, spoke to the sales team who said they would investigate and phone back. No phone call so phoned again, they could apparently only find one. I changed the order, those then arrived. Tried to fit the keypad which was faulty, I phoned again and had to send it back at my expense before they would send another. I waited, no communication and then a parcel arrived with the same keypad as before, still not working and again no explanation. I phoned again and was told I needed to send it back again at my expense and they would send me a new one! This arrived, a new one this time and again it did not work. I then contacted Nice customer services as I was totally frustrated by this point. I was then told this keypad would never work, it was not compatible with the gate system, he then advised me of the correct controller. I then had to go back to Easygates yet again to say it was incorrect. Then then sent a free post address and I had to send it back yet again. I have the new one now which took 2 minutes to fit! I received no phone calls back until this point, I have finally received the payment for the postage I incurred but at no point have I had an apology, the customer service was dreadful, the staff were poorly informed and I will not be ordering from them again and can defiantly not recommend . When you spend in excess of £800 with a company you expect better!
