One star because I had to put something…

One star because I had to put something down. Payed car off in a year. Applied for Gap Insurance refund. Went to the Millersville location with all the documentation. Filled out all the forms was told about 4 weeks for the check. After the time allowed I call back they had not submitted the form yet .waited another 4 weeks called back. this time they hung up on me seval times then told me I had to call the bank where it was finance at. AND THEY SHUT OFF THE CAR TWICE ON ME. When I confronted them I was told they don't do that but that same day the car starts up.and they wont tell you who installed the tracking device. THE WHOLE ORGANIZATION IS THAT WAY. they wont let you talk to anyone at the corporate leval. I'ts going three mounth.

Fraud!! Loan higher than I signed for…

I am pursuing against Easterns Automotive Group (Frederick) for fraudulently signing my name to a sales contract higher than I originally signed for. I have copies of all materials and a police witness where the sales manager denies the existence of the fraudulent document to the officer directly, yet that is the copy submitted and funded by Wells Fargo Auto.
I was told a no trespassing order would be filed that evening when I informed Jack Jaffee, the finance manager I was having a police report filed to document what happened. The financing contract with the different amount has fraudulent signatures and the rest of the purchase order has my actual signatures with the correct purchase price, funny huh. After Wells Fargo determined the fraud occurred, Easterns Automotive offered to take the truck back and cancel the loan but I was out the payments made thus far? What?!? Stay away from this place!!!

You should definitely not purchase a…

You should definitely not purchase a car here. While the salesman was friendly (aren't they all) I was sold a car that immediately needed more than $2,000 in repair work. Eastern's would not fix any of these problems claiming they were not responsible. The control rods were worn out. The brake caliper is leaking and they rotated the tires to put the bald spots on the inside. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR HERE. I am so upset that I did business with Easterns that I recommend you go anywhere but here. Do not fall into the same trap as me. I spent top dollar on the car and now have to put another $2,000 into it.

Absolute worst service provided at…

Absolute worst service provided at Pulaski Hwy Baltimore location. They sold me a car that immediately had problems. A windshield gash (safety concern) Knocking noises when going over bumps. Sensors working off and on. Tire splash loose. Car wasn’t detailed. It was dirty. Floor Matt’s thrown in the back seat. No registration given. Noticed with 24 hours of getting the car. But was told to return the car in 4 days. Then was forced to use the 7 day exchange on the 7th day because the car was in the shop and I couldn’t confirm if the repairs were completed so was told to pick a car and hurry up before the bank close. The GAP insurance was jacked up 3 times the cost. Was told by the sales rep I had to purchase tire package or he would lose to much money from the deal. Talked to like trash. Then told if I speak on the bad car as a bad deal then don’t do a deal wait 6 days for a refund as told I would get. Instead get a call from the Gm saying no refund he’ll call me back. They lie and totally take advantage of women. Was told not to mention how bad the service was they gave me. Worst experience ever buying a car.

Do Not Get Scammed by Easterns Automotive!

If you're reading these reviews about Easters Automotive, then you're right. Do not do business here! Total SCAM dealership! I helped my GF purchase a vehicle that met her needs and within a week of having the vehicle, the vehicle began to jerk upon acceleration. I immediately called the dealership at the Sterling location where she bought the vehicle and they advised that I contact the Finance Manager (Amir T.) whom I initially assisted us with the sale/finance of the vehicle. He never took my calls or texts until I used a different number. When he picked up, it was all excuses and to date, I have yet to receive a call back from him on what to do next about the vehicle.

In addition, the dealership required a $6,300 down payment on this POS of a vehicle that we are now stuck for repairs.

I had a wonderful Car Shopping experience with Easterns at Millersville. Ayo my sales representative is a very kind gentleman and he understood my needs for a new vehicle. He was very helpful with the whole car buying experience at Easterns. I would like to Thank the whole team for having patience with me. No matter if they was off from work or not they still was willing to lend a helpful hand..Thanks Again.. Well thats what i thought at the time of purchase Mr. Ayo lied about this vehicle. I had to go back to easterns to take the rest of my down payment 2 weeks after purchase Mr. Ayo ask how was the car riding. I told him it was riding as if it was shifting gears and it was hesitanting..He said it was normal for newer cars to ride like that. So a couple of months later i took it back to Easterns. The wheel was jerking like it was going to cut off. I talk with another sales rep and Lawrence.I told them my concerns about the vehicle. The other guy said that it sounds like my transmission but don't quote him. I wanted to get rid of the car but i couldn't because the car was going for 6 or 7000 and i would have to pay the rest of my loan off. Well i don't have money for that. At that time i haven't been in the loan for an yr. So i took the car to bell bob hyundai in October it was the belt so i got the belt and some other things done. Well friday i couldn't reverse so i took it to a mechanic shop on Ritchie Hwy they said the reason for the car driving as if it was shifting gears is because of my transmission. The gears was slipping. So i drove the car of the lot with those issues. I feel as if i shouldn't have to pay for the fix on this vehicle when i brought it back 2 week later after perchause. If you are a female please bring someone with you or you will be stuck with an lemon, pay attention to all of your paper work. I referred my neighbor to them as well she got a Toyota and was told that she had x amount of days to bring it back if she didn't want it. She took it back and of course they wouldn't take it back but so far no problem with her vehicle.

Rick Hosn, please show yourself.

Truly a scam. JT and James Smith of Temple Hills sold me a car with crash damage prior. They did not tell me there was prior damage. They had me sign a warranty without my knowledge and the current GM, Rick Hosn, will not cancel my warranty.
The contract clearly reads, "EXCEPT IN MARYLAND, THIS AGREEMENT IS NON-CANCELABLE AFTER THIRTY(30) DAYS. IN MARYLAND, THIS AGREEMENT MAY BE CANCELLED AFTER THIRTY(30) DAYS IN WHICH CASE A PRO-RATA REFUND BASED ON THE UNEXPIRED TERM OF THE AGREEMENT LESS CLAIMS PAID LESS A CANCELLATION FEE IN THE AMOUNT OF THIRTY-FIVE($35.00) DOLLARS WILL BE ISSUED.
So, I should not have to pay for a lawyer, when your contract states you can cancel that for me. I myself am a used/new car salesman and I am 100 percent transparent when it comes to the contract and extended warranty such as this. I did not sign up for this, no one explained it to me, and now they do not want to remove it? This issue has been ongoing with Easterns for 6 months now.

My car buying experience at Eastern Automotive Group

Me and my husband really had a great experience there last week! We bought a car from them and we love it. We went to the Millersville location and everyone was great especially our salesman Jose, who went above and beyond to help us, even staying almost 2 hours after closing to ensure we were satisfied. So thanks to you Jose and everyone there for making a great impression on us! We'll be returning to that location when it's time for my husband to buy himself a truck.

Horrible experience at eastern automotive

I have brought my vehicle October 2018 the first thing the dome light was not working, I felt rushed thru the whole process I was at the location from 2pm to 9pm the vehicle of my request was to be white they pull up a burnt orange vehicle since then to now I have experience so much with this vehicle having to get my brakes done twice , tires , to every morning I heat my vehicle up the vehicle has a loud noise as I’m driving on the highway I hear a loud noise not sure if it’s bolt loose or what I’m literally about to get rid of this vehicle from

If I could have left the star rating…

If I could have left the star rating blank I would have. The sales person was extremely friendly and really wanted to make a sale. I also wanted to purchase a car. After reading the paperwork, I noticed that they wanted me sign off that the vehicle had inspection and there was no indication that it did. The vehicle had not had inspection, the tires were worn and one tire had a large slice in it. The seats were soiled. I was advised all of this would be taken care of. It wasnt. The brakes were squeaking. I complained about all of this and was made out to look like I had no knowledge of what was going on. Fast forward...1 week after purchasing the car the brakes start scrubbing. Tires blew out, car wouldnt start because the battery was faulty. I am extremely disappointed and I dont recommend this dealership in alexandria to ANYONE! Please beware. Most good reviews will come from people who were either desperate to get in a car or simply because the sales person asked for a review. The sales person I had texted me almost 5x to leave a positive review. He stopped asking when I advised him of the repairs needed. Its been a month now and Im still fixing things. The 20 min inspection must have been with a business they contract with it was not accurate and I have been told after having it done again that they vehicle should not have passed inspection.

There is no miscommunication when things arent done but have been bought to the attention of the sales person.
