Acura Autonation in north Orlando does not take outside financing

Acura Autonation in north Orlando will only take cash or in house financing. They will NOT accept any other financing from outside institutions. They are also making you pay 400.00 to for plates and registration in Florida even if you bring your own plate. My registration in Florida is 87.00. This is a scam. FTC has just issued a letter to dealers doing these practices.
Don't even bother going here if you have your own financing in place.

I had a service visit at AutoNation USA SC

I had a service visit at AutoNation USA Hilton Head Hardeeville where I requested a tire rotation. Immediately after leaving, my vehicle developed a vibration that was not present before.

While at Lexus for a recall, their technician confirmed all four wheels were improperly balanced. I paid $171.80 to correct the issue, and the vibration was resolved.

I contacted AutoNation on February 21 and followed up again on February 25 with documentation, but have received no response after several weeks.

Very disappointing experience, especially the lack of communication. I am simply requesting accountability and reimbursement for the $171.80.

Worst company in the world

Worst company in the world. Absolutely horrible to their customers and their employees. They do not care about your experience or you as a customer. Trust me I know this, I have been behind the scenes here. The employees are the absolute worst they can find and don't want to do anything to help the customers or each other. Please avoid this company, you will find out it was a mistake, both for service or sales.

Absolute worst! Avoid ordering parts from this place! Crating labels to ship parts but never deliver or have fedex ship the part! They contend to have fast shipment! This is a lie! Waiting over 1 week for them just to drop part at FedEx to be shipped! Talked to Anthony 2/23/26 who allege he would have it expedited and send me an updated email! Well that didn’t happen either! At this point I’m going to cancel the order cause reading the reviews they probably will send the wrong part anyway and charge me a restocking fee! Wish I had read these reviews before ordering!

Deeply disappointed with service, poor work ethics and lack of professionalism

Deeply disappointed with service at Autonation Toyota Weston. They put windshield wipers on incorrectly, chipped paint off the hood of my car in August. I travel for work, so I arranged to have it fixed in February. They told me my car was ready for pickup, only to find out they were unable to match the paint color and only put on a clear coat. Why didn’t Juan Martinez tell me on the phone before I arrived that they did not repair the chipped paint? They expect me to return in June to get another rental car for 3 days for them to fix the paint. The manager I spoke with was rude and uncaring. Poor work ethics, unkind to their customers. This has been a complete waste of my time and energy watching them make one mistake after another. I would NEVER recommend this dealership

That guy was Cristian and his manager was Hovid or something like that.

LIARS & CROOKS! Their BMW dealership in CA BMW of Mountain View misrepresented and outright lied about the condition of the car it sold me. Specifically because I was buying my preowned 2025 BMW M850i convertible from across the country I asked the sales manager Don to verify that the wheels were in perfect condition, which he did. When the car arrived in Dallas I immediately saw that one wheel was BENT! I called, emailed and texted everyone involved and no one would speak with me, including the sales manager and general manager PI Roshan. Who does business like that? Autonation told me someone would contact me but even after several follow ups no one would communicate with me. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY!

If i could give a ZERO

If i could give a ZERO, it would happen. My car is fine but they didn't tell me they were the kind of company that drops your credit score to give you a terrible loan through their financing. The finance department will not give you even 24hrs before calling for payment if you miss the due date. God forbid you get paid the day after your due date, they will not stop calling...or then blocking you from the website to actually make a payment. This place sucks period. Go someplace else.

AutoNation Chevrolet in Orlando is horrible

This company is horrible! I recently took my truck in because it was acting up. The service advisor was welcoming at first. He told me there would be a diagnostic fee. I agreed. Then, he called me a couple of hours later telling me they needed more diagnostic time. I reluctantly said okay. Long story short. They charged me almost $800.00 and didn't fix the problem.

There’s a reason the used truck I purchased from AutoNation Subaru Scottsdale in May 2025 has been sitting in the parking lot of my apartment complex since June…3 weeks after I purchased it.

The suspension is in such poor condition, a certified mechanic informed me it could fail at any moment and isn’t roadworthy.

If I were driving this truck at highway speeds when the suspension fails it could easily kill me, the occupants and others nearby.

AutoNation’s response: a brief phone call where they pretended to care, requested a copy of the inspection report (which I sent) and no response since. Several advocacy groups have attempted to facilitate a resolution, all ignored.

Total repairs required for the suspension and everything else is over $15,000!

AutoNation claims “All of our used vehicles undergo a rigorous inspection process and come with a vehicle history report, so you can rest assured that the vehicle is Worry-Free!”

I suppose “Worry-Free” means you’ll have no worries after our used vehicle kills you so it’s not false advertising!

Do yourself, your family, friends and society a favor; don’t buy from AutoNation!

Run! Don't just walk away from this company.

The worst experience I have ever had in my 55 years. I have purchased dozens of vehicles for both business and personal use. I had not done business with this dealership for about 15 years due to a bad experience with them last time. I forgot. It took less than 6 months to remember why I do not do business with them. During normal use a tire and wheel was ruined due to a valid road hazard (I unfortunately was talked into buying tire and wheel coverage). It was unsafe to drive with a sidewall cut, so I took to the dealership to file claim. It was denied. Even their own service department told me it would be denied because they have had so much fraud. I replaced the tire and while getting balanced it was realized that the wheel was also bent. Took back to dealership with original tire and bent wheel. Denied again. They told me it holds air and I did not have a claim. I did have a valid claim - tire tread was well within specs for coverage and pothole damage is a valid road hazard. This entire process took more than 5 days, 3 trips to the dealership with one trip including them keeping the vehicle overnight. Had multiple rude and hateful phone calls with corporate. Road hazard claims at Discount Tire take less than 30 minutes. Fool me once shame on you. Fool me twice shame on me. They will never fool me again. I will never do any kind of business with Autonation ever again and I will spread the word far and wide. Go anywhere else because I can guarantee you will not have a good experience with this company.

Purchased a car from AutoNation…

Purchased a car from AutoNation Roseville Subaru.
Spent over 2 hours with the closer where they tried to sell me every additional service under the sun. I lost count of all the offers they made me sign that I didn't want them. Abusive. Car interior was not clean. No post purchase tour of the car was done. No free service was offered for the car.
When I took it in for it's first oil change they charged me $10 to fill my wiper fluid which I never used.
Booo!!!!

NEVER AGAIN!!

It was my first time purchasing a vehicle through a dealership, and it turned out to be the worst experience ever. This happened at AutoNation Honda in Renton, WA. It all started with the CFS Manager, Kymberly Ruff, who claimed to have "13 years in the business" but failed to understand the process for purchasing a vehicle with an ITIN instead of an SSN. She sent threatening emails and left unprofessional messages about reporting the car as stolen if I didn’t provide the necessary information, even after I was approved by the original bank. I tried calling, emailing, texting, and even showing up in person, but received no response. After two weeks, they realized I hadn’t started the process with the bank, so I had to explain everything again. I eventually spoke to the GSM, Keith Albritton, who promised to "take good care" of my case. While he did find a bank willing to work with me, he provided no details and simply told me to come in and sign, expecting everything to be explained when I arrived.

I called Keith to let him know I was on my way and arrived around 5:45 pm, only to find he had left at 5:30 pm. I was handed off to another employee who asked me to start signing paperwork without explaining anything. I refused to proceed until all my questions were answered, which clearly upset him. After completing the signing, he didn’t bother to print out the paperwork like they had done the first time. Instead, he said Kymberly would email the updated information—odd, considering she never responded to my previous attempts to reach her. It was a frustrating and unprofessional experience from start to finish.

AutoNation USA Centennial Failed to Honor Written Rebate Commitment, Then Ignored All Follow-Up

I rarely write reviews, but my experience here was bad enough that I feel like I have to warn others.

I flew from Oregon to Las Vegas to buy a 2023 Hyundai Ioniq 6 after being told in writing by a sales manager that the $4,000 federal used EV rebate "will" be applied at the point of sale. That was the only reason I made the trip, I even paid for a pre-purchase inspection, airfare, and shipping in advance based on that assurance.

When I arrived, the dealership delayed paperwork until right before my return flight. Only then did they tell me the rebate was "pending" and probably wouldn't be approved, but that I could "just claim it on my taxes" (which isn't true under IRS rules). I had no real choice but to finish the purchase under time pressure, and I ended up being charged an extra $4,000 on my card.

After the sale, no one at the dealership responded to any of my follow-up emails. The few times I did reach someone by phone, I got conflicting information, one manager said a third of their rebates fail, another said only 5% do, and all of them said "pending almost never gets approved." The general manager even admitted the information "could have been shared better" but still refused to fix the issue.

It's now been weeks, and I still haven't received the rebate I was promised or even a single written response. I've filed complaints with the BBB, Nevada DMV, and Consumer Affairs because at this point, I just want other buyers to be aware of how misleading and stressful this process was.

If you're considering buying an EV here, get everything in writing and be very cautious about any promises related to rebates or incentives.

AUTO NATION IS A NO NO!

If there was a minus I would use that! After viewing my car FOR SALE they offered me $8600 - CARMAX had already offered $10,600 SIGHT UNSEEN. I shared the offer and they said they wld beat it. I then had an offer of $10,700 which when accepted was retracted via email! AUTO NATION that's REALLY bad business - GO CARMAX AND THANK YOU! BTW had had to block Auto Nation from sending me emails about cars i might want to purchase - NO I left the country and have now blocked them. STAY AWAY!

Would not honor quote. Bait and switch.

My husband reached out to confirm an out-the-door price before making the drive to Autonation Valencia Hyundai. He received a written text message quote of $63,000 for the white Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy. With this confirmation in hand, he made the trip expecting the dealership to honor the agreed price.

Upon arrival, however, he was told that the price was actually $74,000. This represents a difference of more than $11,000 from the written quote provided by the salesperson Thili . This type of bait-and-switch practice is exactly the kind of experience that damages consumer trust and gives dealerships a bad reputation. the sales manager, Shumon Mazmuder's response was just say that he could not/would not honor the quote.

At this time we are still waiting a response from the general manager on this issue.

Their Own Promo Code Doesn't Work

This place will send you a 5% off promo code to gain your business if you left parts in the cart but didn't checkout. Needless to say the promo code did not work and no one will respond to my complaint on it. No trust in this place for lack of response.
