Hi. We're sorry to hear this. Please use the tracking number that was provided to you as your package was attempted delivery on the 4th of May. There was no one home and it was unsafe to leave your package. Although it is easy to leave feedback quickly, we do recommend contacting us so we can sort out any issues you may be having.

We understand the frustration of waiting for a package. We'd like to inform you that there are extensive delays in Australia at this current time and we have no control over delays in delivery unfortuantely. We dispatch all orders either same or next day at latest depending on the time of day the order was placed. We've had a look at your tracking and it seems the package is awaiting collection at the nominated delivery location. We hope next time customers can contact us prior to leaving a negative review as we feel this is unwarranted. In any case, enjoy your item and do let us know if you have any issues at all.
