I contacted them about not receiving my entire order and didn’t hear anything back. Nor did I get the rest of my order.

Ive messaged several times to get a refund and send it back but no one replies. Horrid service!

I'm so disappointed and disgust with this company in the same time.
I recieved my order but the items (delay creams) came with 04/23 expiry dates, so literally I'm not able to use these two creams in only 4 months and last time when I bought the same product on Amazon I got 11 months until expiry date. Anyway I try to reach them and I send them 2 emails without response.
I feel scammed and I will never ever leave my money to this company in the future.

I got my order and I am not satisfied. Have tried contacting but haven’t gotten through to anyone.

Update.Die bestellte Ware kam gut verpackt und relativ schnell ( 5 Wochen ) von Australien nach Deutschland bei mir an.Alles bestens.Bin sehr zufrieden.

Paid for express shipping and it’s been two and a half weeks my order is still not here. I tried contacting them several times and did not receive a reply at all. Worst ever experience and very disappointed.
