I ordered one product but received a completely different item. After contacting customer service, they acknowledged the mistake and confirmed the incorrect product hadn't been opened or used. I was then told the warehouse team would organise things.
After following up a week later, I was told to return the incorrect item at my own expense, despite the error being entirely theirs. I requested a prepaid return label and asked when the correct item would be dispatched, which is a standard expectation when a business sends the wrong product.
Since then, I've sent multiple follow-up emails over nearly two weeks and have been completely ignored. I'm still waiting for a response and still don't have the item I originally paid for.
Mistakes happen, but ignoring customers when trying to resolve them is unacceptable. I expected much better customer service.

First time customer. Great range of products. Other stores didn't have high-end Kokos items, but this store did. The prices are very nice too.
The main reason I'm giving it 5 stars is the speed of delivery. I've placed the order Wednesday night and received it Friday morning. The packaging was also very robust.
There is, however, a huge issue. I never received a tracking number. The account status also stuck at "unfulfilled". So I was assuming that nobody even packed my order until I randomly received it on Friday. Please fix that. I could have been gone for days and it would've been stuck at my door this entire time. I received the tracking number and the store status update like 5 hours AFTER receiving the parcel at home. Hopefully I'm just unlucky and this was a random mistake as I plan to shop here again.
