**Updated** Defective item.. Having to threaten legal action.
Defective item. First emailed on Friday the 1st with no reply until following Monday.
A small string of emails same day providing them with answers to all of their questions ending with consultant telling me they will talk to their boss to discuss a solution.
72 hours has past and they are no longer replying to my emails.
Have now threatened with Consumer Affairs action which I will pursue if they don't comply.
**Update**
Contacted today (11/09/2023), apology given, valid reason for lack of contact explained, refund issued.
