We love our bike!
Jurgen and his team were fantastic to deal with. They helped us choose the right bike for our family and let us borrow the bike to test it out prior to committing to purchase. We went for the Urban Arrow in the end and we absolutely love it! We’ve had many lovely moments in the bike as a family and get lots of use out of it. Dutch Cargo also helped us with our first service in the north side of melbourne (we are in Coburg). After sales service is also great. Highly recommend!

Great bike and top-notch service
I bought a refurbished O2Feel Equo 7.1 and it has been great so far for Kindy drop-off and pickup.
Order process and delivery was flawless with fully-assembled bike incl. childseat being delivered to my front door. No assembly and no packaging to get rid of, just the bike ready to go. Top-notch service from Yoda as well, sent me some pictures upfront and followed up after delivery.

Provided a good service for interstate…
Provided a good service for interstate customer. Some emailed queries after sale were not responded to requiring follow up phone calls. Bike was delivered on time as ordered though I was surprised that while all other European languages were catered for no documentation was available in English from the bike’s German manufacturer.

Touring eBike with attitude
Was looking for a touring bike with full suspension and fell in love with the O2Feel Vern FS. Yoga was so helpful with setting it all up and delivering it to me. I am really impressed with this bike that takes eBikes to a new level of enjoyment. I had never heard of this French brand before and I couldn't recommend it more highly. Yoga is organising for the 6-week complimentary service to be done at my place.

Great team to deal with. Helpful and responsive. A little disappointed to see the bike sustained some superficial damage during transit but to their credit, Jurgen and his team were receptive to feedback in relation to this.
