Riese and Muller front rack
When I received my front rack, i was surprised that it didn't include attachment screws as was evident on the website. My follow up email has not been replied to, which is disappointing (so not great customer service).
I have since found out that the screw set is a separate item, so perhaps that information should be included in the future.

I recently purchased my new Amflow PL Carbon Pro Bike from Dutch Cargo Bikes and I can honestly say that that the whole experience has been fantastic.
The customer service at Dutch Cargo Bikes is exemplary. They are very quick to respond to email messages. The staff are very polite and professional and an absolute pleasure to deal with.
I found Dutch Cargo Bikes pricing to be very competitive and I was able to negotiate a fair deal that I was very happy with.
The delivery of my new bike was very fast, and was sent from Melbourne to Townsville North Queensland in less than a week
I have no hesitation in recommending Dutch Cargo Bikes to my friends and family, and I would most definitely purchase from them again.

Jurgen and his team are very responsive and accomodating. They have an excellent range of different brands and styles of cargo bikes and a safe off-street car park to test them out. We got our bike built and delivered in less than a week. Also very competitively priced.

Jurgen and his team were fantastic to deal with. They helped us choose the right bike for our family and let us borrow the bike to test it out prior to committing to purchase. We went for the Urban Arrow in the end and we absolutely love it! We’ve had many lovely moments in the bike as a family and get lots of use out of it. Dutch Cargo also helped us with our first service in the north side of melbourne (we are in Coburg). After sales service is also great. Highly recommend!

Great bike and top-notch service
I bought a refurbished O2Feel Equo 7.1 and it has been great so far for Kindy drop-off and pickup.
Order process and delivery was flawless with fully-assembled bike incl. childseat being delivered to my front door. No assembly and no packaging to get rid of, just the bike ready to go. Top-notch service from Yoda as well, sent me some pictures upfront and followed up after delivery.
