New to Melbourne, test-driving an O2 Feel
I've had an amazing experience with Dutch Cargo Bikes in Melbourne. As soon as my son started school in our new city, we needed a cargo bike for the daily commute. What caught my eye was that this business is family-owned and run, they have sensory-friendly hours for neurodivergent families. Emmy and Jurgen were extremely helpful. And their subscription model was perfect for these first few weeks while we found a more permanent place to live after moving here. They will most likely be our go-to place for electric bike purchases.

I picked up my ebike on subscription on a Saturday and it was ready and waiting. Emmy was really helpful in the week I made my decision, patiently answering questions and offering advice. I have loved riding my ebike over the last 10 days to commute to work and to do some longer riding on the weekend. Best decision and terrific service.

Communication has been very good, with very friendly people who have constantly been following up to ensure that everything is good with my bike that I purchased. They handled all of the details and shipping interstate so I only had to pick up the bike already assembled at a local bike store.

"I reached out to Yoga to learn more about the Bullitt Cargo Bike, and I have to say, he’s incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. He took the time to listen to my questions and provided clear answers, making the whole process so much easier.
I ended up purchasing a Bullitt Classic frame in raw aluminum, which I painted dark grey, and I built it up with a GRX 1x12 groupset. I’m planning to ride it from Seoul to Busan in South Korea this autumn, with my two kids (aged 7 and 4) riding in the cargo bay. The journey will be about 633 kilometers, and since it’ll be the cool, crisp weather of Korean autumn, it should make for an enjoyable trip. We’re aiming to complete the ride in 5–7 days, taking our time to stop, explore, and enjoy the Korean countryside along the way.
I’ve always believed that if you do one hard thing each year, by the end of your life, you’ll have a storybook full of unforgettable experiences. This is going to be my first big adventure with my family, and I’m so excited for what’s to come.
