The design process was smooth, informative, and only took a couple hours on separate occasions. The delivered ring was packaged nicely and my fiance is ecstatic with her ring. I wanted a bespoke eternity ring for my wife but didn't have the time to shop around at jewellers. Durham rose offered an online service which only meant I needed to commit a few hours on separate occasions and I still felt part of the process and was able to translate my vision for the ring into a design. Natalie was really good and regularly contacted me to give me updates. She was always pleasant to talk to and never gave any limitations to my design. The finished product was excellent and my wife is very happy with her ring.

What a fabulous experience? I wanted bespoke cufflinks made for my husband-to-be. I knew what I wanted in my head but sometimes it is difficult to convey that picture to someone else. Faye however managed to do just that. There was lots of correspondence with ideas and drawings and fine tunings to the design. I was kept up to date with production and had to have a 2nd pair made when the 1st pair were too large. When they finally arrived I couldn't have been more delighted with them. My husband also thinks they are wonderful so they were the perfect wedding gift. Thank you Faye and all at Durham Rose!

Fantastic customer service from start to finish. The quality of the ring was superb and attention to detail on the design made the engagement ring perfect for what I had envisioned to give to my partner.

I came to Durham Rose with an odd request - I didn't want an engagement ring, I wanted a memorial one. I had just lost my mum, and I was looking for help creating a ring that would house a diamond made from her ashes.

I cannot emphasise enough how kind and patient Jordan was. I was grieving, so I was scatty and not always great at being in contact. On top of this the diamond took months longer than anticipated to arrive for setting.

But Jordan was calm and understanding. He kept me up to date and his enthusiasm helped carry me through the wait. When the stone finally did arrive he met me at an ungodly hour to get the stone set in a single morning so I could pick it up for a family event.

And that's not even to mention to the fabulous design Jordan created, which I think was a departure from the normal DR style! It's unusual, beautiful and the best possible home for this precious (in so many ways) stone.

If you're looking for a jeweller who sees you, and not just a commission, then you cannot do better than Durham Rose.

Excellent from start to finish. The team were extremely knowledgable and guided me through the whole process from acquisition of diamond to final ring design. I didn't feel coerced at any stage. Manu and Faye were friendly, honest and approachable and helped me to produce a bespoke piece which exceeded my expectations. Natalie was extremely helpful through-out the whole process. I don't think I'm exaggerating when I say I was quite an inquisitive/borderline difficult customer when it came to the assurances needed from the company. Absolutely amazing company. I found Natalie so helpful from the get go, loads of patience when o through the design process and helps put your thoughts to paper. It was a very unique experience and really does let you tailor the ring exactly how you want to, from metal choice to stone shape and size. My now fiancé loves her ring and she likes that it is one of a kind. Very good value for money aswell, I would recommend to friends and family.

A wonderful experience from start to finish. I found the whole experience simple and tailored to what I wanted. The online session was a great way to get what I had in my head into the first concept, and the waxwork Ring was a great option to confirm how it would look before moving forward. Faye was amazing throughout and listened to all the ideas and most importantly was able to bring them to life. I'm so happy with the ring and it was everything I wanted it to be!
