Not a positive experience
Unfortunately I didn't have a positive experience with this seller.
Even after explaining to her that I no longer wished to purchase from her, she continued to message me.
I bought a number of pieces, and found the quality a bit off.
And any negative review, the seller attempts to have removed, which makes a bit of a mockery of a feedback forum.
Very unfortunate.

Lovely jewellery but buyer beware
Adina Stone has some lovely, unique jewellery but the service is not honest. Refunds are delayed repeatedly, and merchandise does not arrive when promised. In one instance I was charged for something which never arrived and had to make a formal complaint before a refund was issued.

I have nothing but praise for this fabulous company. In November 2025 i ordered a blue square ring as gorgeous as it was I felt it did not suit my finger so I was delighted to get an exchange to a rectangular sapphire ring. Again this was beautiful but then I saw a blue topaz set. Again I got an exchange 😀 I have total respect for this company, their items are exquisite and customer service well i can not recommend enough. Marvellous to deal with from the start. I will be back xx
