I had been following LD for years on Instagram, when our time came to choose a ring I didn't want anyone else to make it! And I am thrilled with my decision. The whole process was extremely easy, clear and straight forward. Any questions were answered swiftly, any changes to the design accommodated, and in the end I got my dream ring. My partner purchased my ring years ago and we am finally getting round to getting married. I message asking questions about ring designs options constantly and James is always patient and kind and honest. I decided to go in a different direction using a family heirloom and was worried that another company were giving me incorrect information about diamonds that can be used whilst repurposing my families rings. You will not regret getting your jewellery designed by London Diamonds! My ring is absolutely stunning and the sparkle on the diamond is way beyond what I could have imagined and the images cannot do this ring justice! I created it bespoke with custom clasps, hidden halo, I personally chose the diamond and birthstones in the band as an extra touch! James is knowledgable, approachable and I never felt pushed for an answer or sale!

Every part of the process was handled brilliantly, from ring sizing and choosing the style to selecting the stone size and clarity. Everything was explained clearly, and at no point did I feel pressured into buying anything.

The value for money for what I received is, in my opinion, second to none. The quality of the ring and the overall service exceeded my expectations, making the entire experience a genuine five-star one.

A special mention must go to James, who I dealt with throughout the process. He has been an absolute pleasure to deal with from day one—knowledgeable, patient, professional, and always happy to help. Buying an engagement ring is (hopefully) the first time for everyone. LDO make a process that can be daunting, nervy, and difficult as stress free and as simple as possible.

I got in touch with James and within a few days we have put together a beautiful bespoke ring which my partner absolutely loves.

I had a fairly small turn around time but that was not an issue for the team. The ring was ready and I collected in person within about 5 weeks. James explained what they had made in expert detail and I left knowing that the ring that would sit on my partners hand was not only beautifully made, but also had full protection if anything were to happen to it in the future.

James and the team demonstrated nothing but excellence throughout the process of designing my fiancée’s engagement ring. James walked us through the process and showed us a huge number stones with different cuts and sizes before we settled on the one that was right for us.
