Great designs, speedy service, but materials a little too low quality these days (08 Jan 2023). Hoodie tops bobbled after single wear and wash.

Can't fault DuckAndCover...since late 90s
Have been by buying D&C since late 90s and have a wardrobe full of D&C products. I buy regularly and can't fault the service, quality or price. It's a shame that returns aren't free, however, if there are any issues with irregular, abnormal sizing, contacting customer services usually always resolves the problem. Fantastic brand!

Disgusting customer service
Have shopped at Duck n Cover for years and years. Always bought XL size but the four hoodies that arrived I could only describe as medium at best. Complained and asked for return label as to resend was £6 of my expense. DAC refused and wanted pictures with tape measure held next to offending items, REALLY? Pathetic, won’t be buying from company again and to add insult the quality of all their goods was substandard compared to years gone by. Avoid at all costs.

Hi, thanks for your feedback. I can't look at your order unfortunately as you didn't add this to your review. Essentially though, we will pay the postage to return a faulty or incorrect item to us for an exchange or a refund. All that we ask for is a quick photo to show us what the issue is. It is essential though that you contact Customer Services before you return a faulty or incorrect item so that we can arrange the postage, rather than trying to claim it back retrospectively if you arrange the return postage yourself.

Had a Duck and Cover coat a few years ago and loved it. Bought a new coat last week and it's fantastic quality and fit. Good to see the company still keeping up high standards.

A joke . Don’t do it . Laughable sizes . Really poor ..just a scam …. You will be sent a random fit super cheap item . Bought DnC for 20 years . Always perfect . They have been taken over and are just stealing money . Don’t!.
Update … their reply a month later was “you didn’t give us enough info” .. 😳…. I’ve been dismissed without recognition… again . Don’t do it . Total SCAM . STAY AWAY

Unfortunately, as you've not left an order number I can not investigate what items you purchased. I'm sorry though that you've not had a good experience lately but I can assure you that we continue to endeavour to sell quality products at a good price, under the Duck and Cover brand.
The sizes seem to be invented
The sizes seem to be invented, you can buy 3 different models of jeans with the same length and the 3 totally different and all of them horrible.
Then you also have to pay for the return.... Never again!

Briefly handled item to discover it was…
Briefly handled item to discover it was too small then returned to the original packagining and mailed out, which cost £3! contacted by email saying they can't replace it for a bigger size or refund as the item is dirty. The item still had original tags/packaging and was never worn! Will remove if the problem is solved.

Horrible company
I placed an order a while ago and due to "high demand" it took 2 weeks to arrive. I returned the order and was received by them on 23.11 today is 7/12 and have not received any news from them

Thank you for your review. Your order, along with many others, was delayed due to the Royal Mail strikes in November and December which had a huge impact on us. Not only were the despatch times longer but we received a huge influx of emails chasing orders which meant we were then reactive rather than being proactive in dealing with the problem. We are looking at using an alternate service so we are not caught out again. Apologies for the drop in service levels.

Expensive returns policy. Beware.
Ordered 2 hoodies from Duck & Cover. Both were the same size (medium). One fit perfectly. One I could not even get my head through the neck! Was going to return but they require you pay your own postage. Very unusual these days. So had to give to a friend - a friend with a very small head. They need to rethink their returns policy. Won't use again.
