Item not delivered
Duck and cover asking for a review on how they did when I haven't received my item or have any clue when and if it will be delivered.
Stated delivery between 2 and 5 days, now day 7 and still no package.

I ordered a medium snood hoody
I ordered a medium snood hoody. U sent a XXL. You asked for proof which i sent. I then received a offer to buy 2 snood hoodys for 1. I have emailed you numerous times for a returns label. You no longer have any mediums left. I just want a refund for your error but noone is replying to me. I refuse to pay postage to return something you sent by mistake.

Hi Lisa, firstly, thank you for your review although apologies that we got your order wrong.
I have looked into the correspondence you sent us and can see you tried to make contact with us on several occasions when the office was closed at the weekend however as soon as we reopened we got in touch to send you a QR code for a pre-paid label to send back the incorrectly sized hoodie.
As soon as we receive the hoodie back we will refund you in full for this or exchange it for the correct size if we have this in stock again.
We will also make sure you get the 241 offer if we have sufficient stock.

duck and cover are great value for money
I bought duck and cover at my local shop from early 2000s when I couldn’t get locally I drove to nearest town as quality was always good. Still can’t buy locally 😞 but online shopping has always been a great experience, and when I made a mistake on order recently customer service where so fast to sort order out 😊 I wish all online shopping was this good.

Hello Lee, thanks for your review, although I do not believe it is a true reflection of the situation that occurred.
When you placed your order you did actually order a black polo t-shirt amongst other items, which were duly sent out to you. I'm aware that on receipt of your order you contacted our Customer Service team to query why you had not received a red one, to which we directed you to your order confirmation clarifying that a black polo was ordered, not red. Of course, we also offered to refund you for this as we did not have any red in stock, although I believe you didn't want the fuss of sending back the black polo and so kept hold of this.
Our pickers can make mistakes as they are only human, however, on this occasion, this was not the case.

Hi Paula, I have looked into your order and can see this was placed just before there were two days of industrial action by Royal Mail and it was a bank holiday weekend. I am pleased to say though even though we were faced with these obstacles your order was still delivered within the promised time frame of a standard delivery which is between 2-5 working days.
In future it would be helpful if you were to contact our Customer Services department for an update so we have the opportunity to resolve any issues, instead of writing a bad review.

I always used to wear duck and cover back in the late 2000's and was super surprised to see the website now. I purchased about 6 items in the sale and they were really cheap so I was expecting the quality to have dropped. However it hasn't and they are fantastic value. Quickly deliver and highly recommended 👌🏻

Low quality products - Good customer service.
Item have not been quality checked before shipped. Received joggers with missed stitching and loose threads. Waste of time to return. Score would have been lower if not for the customer service.

I placed an order recently on the website but wanted to change the delivery date. I sent an email to their customer service team and got a prompt reply and a suitable change to the date. One of their employees took personal responsibility in organising this for me.
And the joggers were good quality too!

Great quality
After recently losing around 4 stone I needed to buy a lot of new clothes (went from XL to S). Have ordered tons of stuff, all from sale or weekly deals and all of it is perfect. Absolutely love the stuff. Great quality, perfect fit and delivered within around 4-5 working days. Would have no hesitation in recommending.

First time customer of D&C
First time customer of D&C. Quality seems good, Although, an item in my order arrived with a stain on the hood which probably happened during packing as it was in a sealed bag. Customer service were great, contacted via email to report the problem and they supplied a free returns label by return. Plus, as the item was low stock they held a replacement back for me until the damaged item arrived with them. All sorted within a week. Will definitely be purchasing more from D&C. Thanks again.
