I bought a jumper. It doesn't look very nice. Probably they reselling jumpers that someone wore already that's why it's on sale.
I do not recommend buy something from them.

As you didn't leave an order number I cannot investigate this, but I would urge you to get in touch with our Customer Service team for assistance if you received anything defective or substandard.

Crap aftersales service. Won't use again
Cardboard packages surrounding boxers arrived shredded in the post.
These were to be a gift.
Customer services advised to return at my own cost for a replacement.
So I have to pay postage again to receive the item I originally ordered.
Shocking service and won't be using again!!

Unfortunately, there are occasions when the boxes can get damaged in transit and we do mention this in our booking conditions, however, please can you get in touch with our Customer Service team and we will investigate this further.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!
ITEM NOT DELIVERED and NO REFUND. Royal mail tracking provided does not work and as I reported none delivery after 30 days they are refusing a refund. They are giving me the consumer act that all issues should be reported within 30 days of transaction. I can't believe a company would say that when clearly they haven't sent the item, at least provide me with a working tracking number to prove you sent the item and it got lost in the post.
I will be taking this up with my credit card as I have 120 days. AVOID LIKE THE PRAGUE!

By notifying us nearly 2.5 months after the order was placed means we have no way of investigating this with Royal Mail who we used to send your parcel. Great customer service!
Many years ago I bought D&C clothing form my local House of Fraser and loved it. How pleased I was to have found D&C still available online (not at HoF though), that I bought two new polo shirts.
All was good until my second wearing of each when I found that the stitching to the collar was very rough, pricking the skin when it rubbed my neck.
I wrote and advised D&C of the issue, explaining that I had worn both shirts and did not expect to be able to return them.
D&C replied expressing their sorry at my disappointment and offered my a refund for one of the shirts without the need to return either.
I was very pleased with the response and hope that my comments about the stitching are acted upon.
Although I was not entirely happy with the two polo shirts, the service I have received has been excellent.

Never received refund for faulty product.
Order DAC-35136
Placed order for socks and boxers (trunks) on 15th June and items received shortly thereafter which was good delivery service. However on first wearing, one of the socks developed a hole after just a few hours. I contacted D&C with photos in email and although the cost was minor, they offered to refund the pair which I would have been perfectly happy with. Sadly though, almost a month later, the refund never appeared. I do not see the point in contacting them again as if they can't get it right the first time.....
The boxers (trunks) seem ok in comparison but the socks less so. I don't think I will make any further orders. Sadly, whilst waiting for first order to arrive I ordered a second batch of same. The trunks are ok hence the two stars but badly let down by customer services.

I have checked your order and can see that we were late refunding you due to an error on my part which I sincerely apologise for. Once you got in touch we rectified this but I realise that it wasn't ideal having to chase your refund.

Would i recommend this company A BIG NO NO, items ordered and delivery was too long, when they did arrive items were ok they were too small, so hence i wanted to return sadly not returns label like other well known companies , so i had to pay the returns, when i had the confirmation refund email there was an extra £3.50 taken from my payment this is a small amount but enough to annoy me to not buy from them again , i wouldn't suggest this is a good branded company and quality is similar to Primark wont be buying from again .. money was taken from my account deducted from the refund 1 star would not recommend

Hi Julian, thank you for the review. Firstly, I'd like to address the fact that we don't pay for return postage. This was a business decision made so that we can keep our prices as competitive as possible, and to enable us to offer flash sales with incredible prices and value for money. Also, just to clarify, we do not deduct money when you return a product. The only element that you didn't get back was the initial postage you paid to send the order out.

POOR QUALITY….
The lettering on a hoodie is peeling off and I expect the other hoodie to do the same.
Spoke to Customer support who offered me 50% refund (which I’m still yet to receive).
I won’t be using them again. Quality and service is poor.

Hi Brian, firstly I would like to apologise that you had an issue with your hoodie. I am familiar with your order as I dealt with it at the time. We offered to give you 50% back on the cost of the hoodie as a gesture of goodwill even though it was outside of the time we usually allow for returns, however we were unable to do this against the original order as Paypal wouldn't allow us to refund outside of 6 months. Instead, I arranged a refund against a later order and I can see this was refunded on 21st June.
